Dès mon arrivée à l’aéroport, le chauffeur était déjà sur place, identifié clairement et prêt à assurer la prise en charge. Aucun temps d’attente, une excellente coordination et une gestion fluide du service.
Le véhicule était propre, bien entretenu et haut de gamme. Le trajet jusqu’à mon hôtel s’est déroulé dans des conditions optimales.

Il ne s'est pas presenter suis father viator m'a pris de l'argent et n'a pas rendu le service je le denounce et je vous recommend de ne jamais faire un trajectory avec cette organisation ni viator pour un trajectory quelle deception

Comme nous vous l’avons expliqué le jour de votre réservation, notre chauffeur a malheureusement été impliqué dans un accident imprévu. Pour pallier cette situation, nous avions immédiatement organisé l’envoi d’un autre chauffeur à l’aéroport, mais vous avez refusé et vous avez répondu à notre gérant que tu as pris un taxi.
Notre gérant à vous demander d'attendre moins de 15 minutes notre deuxième chauffeur va arriver à l'aéroport pour vous récupérer malheureusement vous avez refusé.
Par ailleurs, nous souhaitons rappeler que la satisfaction de nos clients est notre priorité absolue. Notre service a été noté 5 étoiles par de nombreux clients qui nous ont fait confiance, ce qui témoigne de notre professionnalisme et de notre engagement à offrir un service à la hauteur des attentes.
