All of the upfront admin and communication was exceptional. They were answering questions the night before and even in the morning prior to pickup. Ian, our guide, was great! He tailored the tour to what we wanted and took amazing care of us all. I never felt rushed at any of the stops. He made sure we all felt safe and even upped the adrenaline for those of us who wanted a bigger thrill. Everyone had a fantastic time.

The experience was very good and informative. The guides were extremely helpful maneuvering the rocks and steps and paths. The lunch was a very nice touch.

We loved the attention to detail and postive experience our guides, Saba, Andy and Glen provided. They were so flexible and helpful. Saba's Mom is the brains behind the operation and also the chef and owner of the wonderful restaurant where we had our lunch. Great day overall!

I honestly can’t say enough great things about our experience. Our guide, Ian, was fabulous. This tour company is a family business and you feel like family from the moment they pick you up. Ian was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, entertaining, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all having a great time. We felt safe and taken care of during the entire day. Big thanks to Ian for making our last day in Costa Rica so memorable. We will be back!

Andrea was just amazing! She was very accommodating and made this the best excursion of our vacation. We were able to see beautiful beaches and astonishing waterfalls. She was very knowledgeable of the area and was able to describe all the animals/vegetation. Andrea even connected us with transportation for the other days on our trip. I would definitely book again with this company next time we visit Costa Rica!
