Very nice immersive...

Very nice immersive experience with professional movie telling you the history of Queenstown. In the end you can also see the underwater view with fish, eels, and ducks diving to get food. Very good experience especially on a rainy day when we did this.

This was a event that I didn’t want to do but got overruled on, the event is under water, it shows both the Maroi legend on how the lake was formed and the scientific reasons in great detail.

Missed opportunity

We got stuck behind a really slow car that we were unable to over take. We called to ask for a refund as we weren’t going to make it in time for the show but were advised no. Pretty disappointing considering we couldn’t change our show time

Our cancellation policy is 24-hours which does mean that we cannot refund within 24 hours of your booking date and time. The Time Tripper show was super cool and nicely done - a 30 minute activity that can be enjoyed by the whole family. Enjoyed watching the sea life below the pier before and after the show. The ducks were super cute to watch!
