Awesome views! The drive to the site and back is picturesque, and the glide down was peaceful, even when we did the roller coaster!

This was an incredible experience with breathtaking views. My operator (Andy) was spectacular, talking me through the process and making me feel comfortable prior to flight. We even got a chance to do a few tricks. Highly recommend this experience for some of the most epic views of Queenstown.

Do not book with this company. The weather in Queenstown was cold windy and rainy all week. Three times I went to the business requested my money back. They refused. Then the day we were to go they said $150 per person to change. I will be demanding my money back from these crooks from Viator. However don’t even think about booking with these jerks!

Hi George,
Thanks for taking the time to write a review of your experience. I have conducted an investigation into the events around your situation and have had feedback from my frontline staff. Viator has a 24 hour cancellation policy. No cancellation request was received from Viator whom your booking was made through. You did request to cancel your booking directly with us the evening before your flight but this request fell within the 24 hour cancellation policy. The morning of the booking, you were present at our booking office and were made aware that we would be going ahead with the trip. As explained to you at the time, our flying site is a 20 minute drive away from our booking office and the weather in town does not reflect the weather at our flying site – Coronet Peak. At the time of your trip, you failed to show up despite our staff trying to call you and this was recorded as a ‘No-show’ with no refund. All our customers flew and enjoyed the experience despite the weather being cloudy. I have personally reviewed video footage of the weather at the launch site and found it to have been very good for flying. All the best, Skytrek.

Absolutely incredible experience. Every single member of our party (there were 5 of us) had an amazing time. The view was incredible, everything felt as safe as possible, and guides were lovely.

Really awesome experience going hang gliding with this group. Really easy bus ride up to the launch, quick safety briefing and then was sailing in the skies for ~15 mins with a friendly and confident guide.

Such an incredible experience! It was both peaceful and exhilarating with absolutely amazing views! My pilot Burak was funny, informative, and comforting during the experience. He made sure I enjoyed the moment while also capturing it beautifully on camera. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely do again!

Easy check in, shuttle to jump site and instructions. My pilot Sedat was helpful and calming during the flight. He made sure to make it exactly what I wanted. Perfect experience.

Don’t bother booking this, the operator will just cancel if they don’t feel like doing it. Weather was great, they cancelled twice after we rearranged. They just wrote off the full day even though the evening weather was ideal. Just go and find a tourist kiosk and book it directly with the provider in Queenstown - there are plenty of options available. Best to do it when you know the weather is going to be perfect than book in advance. Don’t bother with Viator for this type of booking.

Amazing experience for the whole family. Kids would love it too. My guide did a great job giving me a quick tutorial which made it a very easy take off. While in the air, the views give you a different perspective of the land. Overall, a must do when in Queenstown
