We had an amazing quad biking experience with The Cardrona Horse Trekking & Quadbiking. The scenery through the Cardrona Valley was absolutely stunning, and the ride itself was a lot of fun while still feeling very well managed and professional. Our guide, Hanna, was fantastic. She was very careful and meticulous with her instructions, which made both my daughter and me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the ride. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything outside our comfort level, which we really appreciated. It was clear she genuinely cared about safety and making sure everyone enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a fun, scenic, and well-run adventure in the South Island.

Great ride beautiful views

The Quad tour was very fun and the views were beautiful. Agathe was our guide and she was very kind. The tour is on a working farm so we saw cows and sheep running around. It was a bit cold the day we went and they did have extra jackets, pants gloves and boots for use.

Cardrona Quad biking

We travelled to Cardrona from Queenstown (about 45 minutes by car). Our guide, Summer, was a very experienced rider and made us feel very comfortable about using the quad bikes. We were kitted up with helmets and gloves, given some instruction and then off we went. The pace was really good, stopping at a couple of locations for photo opps. Once you get to the top of the mountain, the way day is really simple (driving on a curated road ... so you get to open the throttle a little!). It is definitely a fun activity for the adventure loving person. As a side note, there is an option to ride with the guide if you do not feel comfortable riding your own quad bike. You do not need to have had any experience riding the bikes, and so the guide monitors everyone and makes sure none are left behind. Once you settle in and get used to them, they are a lot of fun. You do, however, end up with a bit of a sore thumb from holding down the accelerator, but you soon get used to that as well. Definitely recommend for something a little different, if you love a little adventure and the outdoors.

Wow wow wow!! This has to be one of the most scenic drives I’ve ever taken. We had an overcast day that made for some awesome photos. Our guide, Hannah, was outstanding and a lot of fun. The time absolutely flew by.

I dont Have any riding experience but my husband has . I found the bikes a bit heavy to navigate at first but once you get comfortable it was fab to just enjoy the ride and experience the magic that is Queenstown . Great way to spend a morning. !

The experience was more fun then I can describe. I was able to go ahead of the guide and go at my pace. The trails were bumpy and there was some mud and this made the experience even more exciting. The amount I paid I feel was definitely worth the cost for what I was able to do. I would recommend this experience to everyone.
