Great communication. There was a delay due to traffic but the driver communicated to jet us know. We still arrived at the airport with plenty of time left for our international flight. Vehicle was clean and in good condition. Our driver talked to us about the area which we appreciated. He also handled our heavy luggage with care.

      We were picked by Karan (the driver) from the airport to drop us off at the hotel. Karan is a wonderful friendly person, who made us feel we are in very safe and experienced hands. He is very knowledgeable guy, who helped us a lot to improve our itinerary. We used his transport and a guide services which was competitive and explored the real hidden gems. Karan became like a family member and his guidance and passion for offering excellent services made our 6 days trip exceptional. I highly recommend Karan and his services for Queenstown. Thanks
