Perfect weather. Staff were friendly. Pilot was amazing! Narrating fun facts on places we hover. Was totally entertaining my kids. Flew through a cloud. Hovered over waterfalls. And made us play on the snow for as long as we can. Also took amazing photo with the helicopter whilst at the glacier. Super amazing experience!!!

Didn't quite last 30mins. Ended in about 20- 25mins. That's my only complaint. Since we pay for 30mins, I think it should last for that time.

A most exciting trip over the mountains, but be careful if you have a non-NZ phone. When we tried to find the heliport to check-in on arrival in Queenstown (as requested) it was all closed up, and the phone number provided did not answer so we called another number which turned out to be a different company. At 8am we called them for a weather check to confirm the trip was going ahead, at which point they answered the phone.
These call costs to NZ land lines cost me £3.50 a minute (approx £28 in total).
Other tours I have done this trip the tour operators communicate by WhatsApp, whereby calls are free and this extra expense is not incurred.
Otherwise Scenic Helicopter tours made sure that all the safety measures were in place and that we were all briefed accordingly, adding up to an exhilarating experience.

We didn’t get to experience our helicopter flight due to bad weather, however the alpine scenic flight operators were open, honest and very pleasant to deal with. While we were disappointed in not being able to go, the weather isn’t something they control but the experience was handled very well they tried their best to accomodate us at other times or dates and issues a full refund immediately when we couldn’t select another time.

Loved our tour, was lucky enough to go up the afternoon that Queenstown received it’s first snow of the season. Highly recommend this tour, beautiful views of Queenstown and the remarkables.

A mesmerizing experience on my honeymoon trip, was planned as a surprise for my wife, she was elated to have this experience. Magnetizing landscapes from the helicopter, our pilot Jonathan was wonderful, took our photographs with the helicopter.
It was exciting to see the Queenstown lake, the entire city, many peaks with few mountain capped with snow. Clear skies too made our view great. Is a must for any one visiting Queenstown. It would have been great if we could have landed on the glaciers, however, the season was such the snow wasn't there.

Nous avons plutôt fait le vol de 50 min sur le glacier . Ce fut une expérience hors du commun !
Voler comme un oiseau au travers des montagnes si majestueuses ! Nous sommes bien peu de chose !! Des paysages fantastique , des sensations époustouflantes et un service hors pair de la cie . Un seul mot ... WOW !!
