Deuxième fois que cela nous arrive... Oubli de l'envoie de l'email avec l'heure de ramassage à l hotel (nous avions seulement la plage horaire donnée lors de la reservation : entre 7h40 et 8h50). Multiples tentatives d'appel (payantes!) le Jour avant. Contact par whatsap. Aucune reponse. Perdu des heures à tenter en vain de les contacter le Jour avant et le matin meme suite à un réveil tres tot... pas eu le temps de déjeuner! Ce qui met deja de mauvaise humeur avant l'excursion. Une fois dans le véhicule, le guide explique que l'excursion sera en 3 langues... alors que nous avions réservé cette excursion en français spécifiquement pour éviter les traductions. Organisation médiocre. Dommage car le contenu etait intéressant.
