Your booking includes a hotel pick-up and drop-off. You will receive a message from us informing you about the exact pick-up time and place. To be able to give you this information, it is essential that you have given us the name of the hotel where you are staying at. If you have not received the pick-up information at least 72 hours before the activity start time, please contact us. Office hours: Monday to Sunday from 6 .a.m to 8 p.m. Upon pickup, please present your voucher and photo ID in exchange for your activity. Destination Services Dominican Republic will respond within 24 hours to confirm your pickup time.

Itinerary

Gather your things for a day on the water and be ready for hotel pickup around 7:30am. Transfer to the marina and step aboard the catamaran, then depart for the 9-hour cruise on the Dominican Republic's turquoise waters.

Glide past the church founded by Christopher Columbus in 1494, La Isabella, and take a dip in the sea before lunch. The captain will set the course for Paradise Island; arrive later in the day, after the usual crowds have departed. Don the provided snorkel, flippers, and mast to explore the undersea world chock full of fish and marine flora.

Back on the boat, take a tour of the mangrove forests in the national park before returning to Puerto Plata for hotel drop-off.

Almost perfect Beautiful clear blue water, fun boat ride good snorkeling and food. The service was great! The only downside is it was about an hour and half outside of Puerto Plata. Date of experience: March 2019

I cannot even begin to describe how much fun we had on this trip! It was the best day of our vacation by far. The 1.5 hour bus ride out to the other side of the island from Puerto Plata was not as bad as we were expecting. We were able to see the local towns/villages and Andy gave us a verbal tour. The boat was super clean and the food/drinks were great! Mimo, our favorite crew member, helped us take pictures and took video of us snorkeling! The food we had at lunch was incredible. Definitely try the paella. If you're on the fence, BOOK IT! So worth the money for the pictures alone :
