Not ADA friendly despite promises of no issues with wheelchair

Tour operator refused to take us due to my husbands wheelchair. I checked in advance and the chair was not supposed to be a problem. We lost our activity for the day in this port. Very disappointing.

Edwardo and Chico were GREAT - they were very attentive. The crew of the Bravo VIP Party Catamaran were outstanding - food was good - drinks were free flowing- and music was great. It was a wonderful party time - everyone was dancing. We would definitely do it again. Well worth the price. Nothing but 5 stars!🌟

No show

Did not show. On phone , company claimed they cancelled because our ship was supposed to dock at 8 and we had to leave by 8. Ship docked on time at 7 and we were at meet site by 750. Then got on off and saw a cancellation email saying not enough people signed up. So which was it? Either way, ruined our day as with a week notice we could have found another tour, but with a no show by the operator, we were left with no plan.

Snorkeling was so much fun! At first, I was scared, but seeing how our guides showed me what to do. I was good after that and had a great time looking at all the beautiful fish in the ocean. They play music and we had lots of laughter and fun and we ate. I would definitely come back and do it again

The crew was amazing!! We came off of Puerto Plata port and the crew picked us up and dropped us off the port. This was the highlight of our trip. There was good music, drinks, and food, and you could snorkel without following the guide. The snorkel excursions through most of the cruises we have taken, the guide makes you stay hip to hip with them. We were so glad we booked this because the reviews do not lie. Book this and you are guaranteed a great time on the water!!

We booked this excursion and was told we'd be on a smaller boat for just our party of 10. That did not turn out to be the case. I also reached out to the tour operator the morning of to discuss the rough seas. I was assured that it was perfect where we were going. It definitely was not. The water was extremely rough and not very enticing to get in the water to snorkel, as was our hope. The conditions in which we had to board the boat was dangerous. This large boat was being thrown by the waves at shore while we had to wade to it and climb up a ladder. This did not have the safety of the guests in mind. We also had 3 of our party sick form the roughness of the water, so they did not enjoy the experience at all. The rum drinks were either made with flat cola or too sweet fruit punch. I cannot speak to the lunch provided, none of our party ate any. The crew was obviously trying very hard to create a "party" vibe, but it was hard to enjoy due to the rough seas. I'm disappointed in this excursion given the sea conditions and the fact that I raised this concern and was told it was all good. Two of our group were unable to go due to illness and the one bright spot is we were told we'd get a 50% refund for them. That's probably the one good thing I can say about this excursion. It was definitely not and excursion worthy of the $100 price tag.

Highly recommend!! They offer hotel pick up and drop off, the staff is so nice & friendly. The snorkeling was an amazing experience and the food and drinks are phenomenal. Will definitely go back and do it again!

J’aurais due m’écouter et annuler l’excursion . J’ai décidé de faire confiance a Viator qui m’a répondue par texto , de ne pas m’en faire la météo sera bonne et que l’activité serait annulée si la mer était trop agitée. Nous n’avons pas la même définition d’agitée il faut croire ! Deux personnes ont été malade dans le bateau ! Aucun plaisir ! BBQ très simpliste et peut satisfaisant ,nous avons été manger en sortant du bateau ! Lorsque j’ai demander la distance entre le ressort et le quai ,Viator a répondu: autour de 30 minutes ,alors que c’était plus tôt 1h30 !! L’activité ne valait vraiment pas le prix car beaucoup plus de temps passé dans le transport aller /retour que sur l’eau . J’aurais souhaité avoir plus d’honnêteté de la part de Viator concernant les conditions métrologique on sent que c’était pour faire du cash sur notre dos ! En plus j’avais proposé deux autres dates ! La famille entière a été bien déçue 540$ dans les poubelles !
