CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS (Amber Cove & Taino Bay): Please note that independent tour operators are not allowed to wait inside the pier area. Meeting Point: You must walk from the ship, through the port's shopping village, to the MAIN EXIT GATE leading to the street. This is a scenic 10-12 minute walk. Once you are outside the security checkpoint, look for our guide holding a JA Transfers and Tours sign or a sign with your name. HOTEL & AIRBNB GUESTS: We provide pickup directly from the main lobby of your resort or the main entrance of your building. Please be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. IDENTIFICATION: Our staff wears branded shirts and we use modern, white or silver air-conditioned vans equipped with Free Wi-Fi. IMPORTANT: Please confirm your pickup location and ship/hotel name via WhatsApp at +1 829-408-0629 at least 24 hours before the tour. We monitor all cruise schedules and will adjust your pickup time if your ship is delayed.
