We offer pickup service from: • Amber Cove Cruise Port • Taino Bay Cruise Port • Hotels, Airbnbs, and accommodations within the Puerto Plata area For cruise guests, we typically schedule pickup approximately 45–60 minutes after the ship docks, allowing guests enough time to disembark comfortably. Amber Cove: Pickup takes place outside the main port area, just beyond the principal gate on the left side of the avenue. Walking time is approximately 10–12 minutes. Taino Bay: Pickup takes place at the main entrance, on the right side near the taxi station, outside the terminal gates. Walking time is approximately 10 minutes.
