Our pickup for Cruise Passengers from AMBER COVE & TAINO BAY CRUISE PORT TERMINALS is adjusted to the Cruise Arrival Schedule, It can be between 30 and 45 minutes after the Ship has docked at the Port. After booking, the customer will receive a separate email from the supplier with detailed informations about the meeting point.

The experience was amazing! Our driver, Jeison, was super nice and helpful. The van was clean and cool. Advice: Bring your own water shoes. Other people in our group said that the rental ones are very painful to walk in.

Fantastic excursion! Sammy our guide was the best. Beautiful, exciting and fun experience. Was a little challenging but you could choose how much adventure you wanted. Nice lunch afterwards.

When doing the Waterfalls you definitely need to be in shape for the hike up
But they do a Great job stopping at points to give you breaks for pictures

Very well organized tour from start to finish and a great experience in a unique and beautiful setting. Sliding and jumping your way down the refreshing and spectacular river was amazing. Caution though it is a challenging hike up to the starting point and a lot of steps and careful maneuvering all the way down. Great guides assisted along the way.

This trip was once in a lifetime, fun, beautiful and memorable! Booking through Viator was the best decision we made! The only thing I will say, is the hike had me out of breath at points. It’s exhausting, but the waterfalls more than made up for it. Get GOOD water shoes!

Some of the waterfalls were closed, so was a little disappointed. Overall was a great experience and my 7yr old daughter enjoyed it, especially the slides.

I enjoyed the experience. I was disappointed that we didn’t get to do everything that was supposed to be included. We got the same thing for $80 that we would have gotten for $55. So I would recommend saving your $25 and doing the $55 experience.
