Overview

We always love taking a jet ski ride when we go somewhere warm. I'd looked up a bunch of different tours, and this seemed like the most reputable one! The first time you go, it's a little hard to find - there's a lot going on at the meeting point that has nothing to do with watersports, but that doesn't really matter. Once you get in the turquoise waters, nothing matters. We lucked out and had the famous Jojo (aka Gerald) as our tour guide. I'd read about him and he didn't disappoint. It was a windy day so he made sure we stayed protected and stayed surrounded by land. Everyone was so nice. Johnny (spelling??) is the captain, also a great guy! You can bring your stuff with you - the guys give you a dry bag that you can throw phones and shirts and towels into and the dry bag goes into one of the jet skis. It was a generous hour on the water and don't let the guide part make you think it was a slow and cautious ride. We were able to let it rip!! Well worth the money!! I wish I could post the video Jojo took while we were riding - but I can't get it to post :(

Such a fun experience. The waves were a bit rough the afternoon I went but our guide made sure we got around safely and have an enjoyable experience. Wound definitely do this again

Tour guide was very nice, but the jet skis are beat up. I'd recommend renting from one of the many other companies there.

Overall the experience was good, Bob the tour guide was cool and made the excursion interesting and wasn’t trying to rush the experience! The pricing was reasonable also compared to other vendors

This was AMAZING! We went jet skiing out to an old ship wreck, went to Iguana Island and then stop by Noah's Art. We even stop by a private beach and strolled past some celebrity's villas. I highly recommend this tour.

Overall good experience only because our tour guide was phenomenal. The only damper was upon my arrival was met with a hostile employee. He seemed to forget tourists are not familiar with excursions not having a building to check into. He complained three times about waving me down as Im trying to drive and pay attention to not go the opposite direction Im used to in the states. Im also used to checking in at a building so was searching for that, not someone waving me down. My partner also didnt see him which allowed me to understand that he was being harsh and the last thing you need is some employee being upset at you simply for not seeing him.

This tour was excellent value for money we got more that enough time on the jetski and visited 3 locations. Jetski seemed well maintained and easy to handle.

This jet ski excursion was great! We ran a little late and the owner called me to ensure we were still able to make it. Our guide Bob was also very friendly. He made sure we had fun by telling us to go faster and he made sure we had great pictures when we got to the beach.

Nice experience. Got to explore and see other areas around the island. Bob was very friendly and communicative. He took quite a bit of photos for us with our phones.
Jonathan the owner was great and very communicative. Even picked us up from our resort.
Overall a great experience.. BUT.. it doesn’t feel great driving the worst jet skis on the water. The jetski that we used was very beat up and abused. For this reason alone, I would recommend going with a different company until they upgrade..

Knowledge of guide regarding topography of island and sand. Bars and he got mad at my family when we got stuck but he lead us into this area we were just following the leader . Stuck for 4 min of our 3 hour event , unacceptable no protocol to call for help and I spent my time pushing on a jet ski with guide . Too much $$ for lack of guides knowledge and experience. Only highlight was. Jonathan operator !

Excellent job by Jonathan manager and operator of guides . Guide not as great communicator ,lead us into sand bar where we were stuck for 40 min had to assist with pushing jet skis for over 40 min . Finally had to just wait for higher tide to assist us with dislodging , wasted 40 minutes just sitting and pushing . I had drinking water but guide didn’t have any for himself an issue when you stuck and working hard , of course I shared . would have thought protocol in place for guide to call for help for us , appears no such protocol or guide unwilling to execute protocol for this price and tip . Not what our family hoped for when we paid additional to see more sites saw less than hoped and rushed and only 10 min at Noah’s ark .

This was my absolute favorite adventure of the trip. I loved our guide and loved that he was confident in our ability to drive a jet ski and wasn’t afraid to go fast and explore. We jumped off the ship, which is super sketchy to climb up, but worth it. We didn’t see much sea life bummer, but i would go in this adventure every day if i could. Loved all the islands we visited! Loved everything about this

I booked the 2-hour jetski tour extremely last minute (the day-of, around 10am) and it was the highlight of my week in TCI!!! There was no mention of times on the viator website when the jetski tour would start, but the tour operator's (Jonathan) phone # was on the booking confirmation, so I called him to ask and he was very responsive, and we decided on a time quickly!
I was traveling solo, but Jonathan picked me up from my Airbnb near Villa Del Mar and drove me to the marina, and back to my airbnb when the tour was done. Turns out I was the only one on the 2-hr tour for the day, so I'm extremely grateful that they were able to take me. My tour guide was Joe, and he was great! He took me to the La Famille Shipwreck, Pine Cay, Iguana Island, and even all the way up to North Caicos! The coolest place we went to was Noah's Ark, which is a floating bar in the middle of the water. We docked our jetskis beside the bar, and hopped on! Joe was very knowledgeable, and a great tour guide. Would highly recommend this excursion!!

We had such a fun time on the 2 hour extended jet ski shipwreck tour! On the day we booked for, the water was particularly choppy so we asked to to reschedule our second hour for another day. Jonathan was so accommodating and allowed us to return on a day when the water was smoother and calmer. Our tour guide Alex made our time on the jetskis all the better!

I was a passenger on the back of the jet ski. We jetted out to the boatwreck, then off to different private beaches.
We then had a surprise stop at a tiki bar in one of the bats! We stopped, had some club sodas and zipped around before heading back to shore.
The water- beautiful.
Unfortunately, our guide did not introduce himself to us, so I don’t know his name to add to this review.

Jonathan the tour operator and Alex the tour guide were great! It was my moms first time on a jet ski and she was she nervous, they made her so comfortable and took us to some beautiful places!

We had a great time on this tour. Tyrese was our tour guide and he was super friendly and knowledgeable about the islands and history. I think 1 hour would have been short so i'm glad we picked 2 hours. We checked out the shipwreck and iguana island. after that he asked us what we else we wanted to see so we explored some other smaller private islands that are only accessible by jetski since it is so shallow.

We loved the seafari experience! They arrange a pickup from our hotel. We chose the 2h experience and our guides Jonathan and Andy were amazing! We visited the shipwreck and several islands accessible only with jetski or smaller boat: pine cay, seashell beach and the iguana island. We highly recommend choosing this company for an experience you will forever remember!!!

The tour was absolutely perfect! Two hours was plenty of time to jet ski and tour the private islands. We had a blast and will be going again when we come back!
