Total Scam

This was a complete scam. The tour company was not at the Marina (which was confirmed by legitimate companies at the Marina) and we called the phone number over 30 times to try to locate them or get our tour. They only answered the first time and proceeded to act confused and hung up. They then ignored nearly 30 calls from me, local Provo staff at the Marina and Viator customer service. It took me 30 minutes on the phone with Viator to get a refund while they "investigated"--presumably by calling the same number that was ignoring calls from all of us. I'll never, ever use Viator again and I certainly recommend that you stay away from this scam company as well.
