70 dollars seems high though considering I had to pay half of the entrance fees. Most stuff is a ripoff in Nepal, hotels, food, taxis, this was no exception. The temples arent really worth seeing for non-Hindus and the museums are self explanatory. The best part is the Peace Pagoda for the view and gardens. Govinda was an OK guide. Not sure what I expected, maybe some kind of history of the city which I never got from him. Now I know what a Nepali city tour is I guess, same general half-effort stuff as everything else.

Very nice driver in a comfortable car. Very good tour for those who need a driver, remember you are not booking a tour with guide and that's why the price is affordable.
