Good experience Horseback riding at Diamante Eco Adventure Park. A shuttle bus that runs every 30 mins was available to take me to the park. Once there I could see the horses and the workers. I was greeted and the instruction was explained. It was listed as good for beginners. I rode Bert and he was not cooperating at first, kept turning back to the stable. Arnol was able to take the reins and lead him to the trail then it was smooth after that. Since I was the only person for my time slot, we were able to enjoy the trail, the zip liners above and the catcus, it was fantastic. Love going by the beach where I was able to get photo opportunity. Rode through the woods not much to see. It was a bit rough on the trails but with the instruction of leaning backward and forward helped. Recommend a early ride, much cooler.

I wanted my kids to experience every bit of adventure on our trip to CR! This was no exception! 3 out of 4 of us have never been on a horse. My kids ages 10 & 7 were very excited to ride! The horses are very well taken care of and trained extremely well. You didn’t have to do much as the horses tend to just follow the lead horse. We had a private tour with 2 guides who spoke excellent English. We rode through the woods down to the most beautiful beach and then back up into the woods. About an hour on the horses was perfect amount of time. Go early in the morning as it gets very hot and it can be uncomfortable to ride. My kids, as first time riders, said this was their favorite excursion! This tour company is very well managed and thought out. Free parking with a shuttle to the reception area. Highly recommend Eco!

What a great ride! I grew up riding but haven’t been on a horse in years, so I wasn’t really sure how it was going to go. It was listed as good for beginners. I rode Ranchero and he was SO well tempered. Since I was the only person for my time slot, we were able to let the horses run a bit and it was fantastic. I brought leggings to change into for riding (don’t wear shorts when riding!) and tennis shoes, but I wish I’d brought my boots because the stirrups rode up on my ankles when we got to galloping. If you’re just walking you should be fine in tennis shoes! (Don’t wear sandals)

The staff was very nice. Although, couldn't tell if they wanted to be there. They were on their phones the whole time. They did talk at times but the ride itself was very quiet. We basically went really slow to the beach and back around some trees. Not much scenery or animals.
