Airport Transfer in Phuket

Our flight was delayed by one hour but the driver was there when we left Customs. He was very friendly and the car was clean. We used the same company from the airport and to the airport and the operator contacted us during our stay to confirm our departure.

Dear Sumeen, Thanks for your review but please share the full story. We advised you that the pick up was 930am. You wanted the van earlier and we said we do our best. You sent whatsapp to our manager in Phuket. We arrived at the hotel at 858am and looking for you. Reception said you checked out. We then called you and you did not pick up the phone. we waited in the lobby. YOU replied at 09.52AM saying you have another vehicle and you are on the way to the Airport. Our guide was still at the hotel. At no point did we strand you. You took another vehicle! We have proof including your whats app messages and also pictures of the guide in the hotel lobby.
