    We paid the extra to go gold class. The facilities were very good staff were ecelent. However due to a number of very loud pasanher and small children the experince og gold class we lost. The staff tried there best but some poeple do not respect the staff and think it is there own partuu

    Worst tour experience ever

    Avoid at all costs! Waste of money. What you book for is a lower seat with a porthole and if you want any view you have to upgrade. Golf massage seats barely massaged and in small area. Promised fruit was one banana and two pieces of pineapple. Forgotten on shore so we didn’t get to snorkel - given a choice of snorkel or monkey beach and only 15 mins offered. They fear monger you into upgrading and purchasing items prior to departure that are not required. Tour operators lie to clients. Very unprofessional and dangerous!

    Cruise ship itself was a very good experience however it felt like a scam when we were taken to the so called “buffet” lunch. It was literally like a fish market with no hygiene , no proper toilet (broken door, no soap) and food was way too spicy . What a waste of money especially after buying tickets for gold class and then to be taken to a restaurant with such low hygiene and quality. Pls do not fall for the guy who announces pre boarding and gets you to buy snacks and water outside . Water and snacks are available inside but they make you buy it outside too purely by creating the panic situation.They are very good at fooling you . I gave them 2 star purely on the basis of comfort inside the boat in gold class . Rest everything was a 0 star experience .

    El momento de la comida en Phi Phi totalmente caótico, creo que podría mejorarse con un poco de organización por parte del operador, el resto de la actividad correcta. Muy poco tiempo para disfrutar de Phi Phi, las vistas de la travesía si valen la pena
