Overview
Learn to freedive in Phuket on this 2-day beginner freediving course that includes round-trip hotel and boat transfers, basic skills instruction, equipment, and some meals. Spend the first day in the pool learning about freediving technique and safety, while practicing static and dynamic freediving. On the second day, enjoy two to three freediving sessions around Rachai Yai Island.
