The jungle hike was a true jungle hike and difficult. The guides Money & Freeze (not sure of the spelling) were exceptional. The temple visits were informative and included a special ceremony. The lunch place really exceeded expectation. It was fresh hand crafted farm to table ingredients. We were a party of 4, 2 couples and everyone had a great time and would highly recommend..

I went the day after a large rain storm and land slide making traffic really bad. I arrived late but they accommodated me. I missed the hike but was able to catch the ride up the mountain, with the ride back down, to meet the group and see the Buddha and temple still! Great experience even with missing the hike!

I had a great time on this day trip! Our guide Bon was very funny and thoughtful.
The hike was somewhat challenging but we were rewarded with amazing views and yummy food.

The tour was amazing. The tour guide and receptionist were really funny and nice people and made the tour very interesting and informative. The views and tracking path were really beautiful and the lunch provided was really tasty and had a great selection of meals and drinks you could choose. Would definitely recommend this to someone who is planning on visiting Phuket as a first attraction:)

The guide was excellent. We had our 7 year son do the trek. It was not easy but he did it. We took plenty of rest breaks and no pressure was put on us. Very enjoyable.

This was a multi-faceted tour. It started with the hike up the mountain to the Big Buddha. While not that long, it was pretty steep in parts. I loved it, but I love to hike. I sensed some of the others were struggling a bit, particularly with the heat. Afterwards, we stopped at a bar/restaurant and had a cool drink and took in lovely views. Then it was off to the Buddha, which was remarkable and truly worth the visit. Finally, we ate a nice lunch at the end of the tour. Our guide (sorry, I can't recall his name), did a great job with the group. If you don't mind a bit of exercise on the front end of the day, I can highly recommend this tour.

Bon was an amazing tour guide. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout. Would highly recommend this tour if you were wanting to experience a bit of nature during your stay in Phuket.

The trip was worth it. You trek for 1.5km going up 300m; so the path is steep. There are many stops along the way and you can enjoy the views of Kata and Karon beach. The path has a canopy of trees so you don’t have to worry much about the sun. The trekking is moderately challenging. Along the way you will also see some rubber trees and how rubber is harvested.
After the trekking you will be served with a coconut juice, a generous portion of water melon, the popular Thai sticky rice dessert at a roadside restaurant with beautiful sea view. After the refreshments you will be driven to the Big Budda. There you will be let alone to explore a bit. You will get the best view of Phuket from the Big Budda. You will see monkeys. The Big Budda itself is majestic. You can also get a blessing from the monks if you want. There are lots of souvenir shops.
After Big Budda you will be taken to the biggest temple in Phuket. It’s beautiful and impressive; it was my first time visiting a temple.
After the temple you will be driven to an organic farm restaurant where you will be served with you pre-ordered meal and drink. At the start of the tour you are provided with a menu and you can choose one main menu and drink. If you want extra you can pay by yourself. The lunch was amazing; fresh ingredients, great taste, nice presentation. After you are driven back to the starting point ( CC Hideaway) or you can take a taxi back to your hotel. The tour operator organize hotel pickup and drop off but for some areas you have to pay extra for this service.
The tour guide Kong was amazing, super friendly, detailed explanation and has a great sense of humor. Thanks Kong!!!
Overall the trip is awesome and a must do when you are in Phuket. I would do it again. The tour is only done on Tuesdays and Fridays so plan accordingly.

The guide was really knowledgeable about the plant life and other elements of local life. They were very supportive for those on the tour who were less used to trekking in the heat.

Our guide Kong was amazing! Started at CC’s Hideaway where we pre ordered our lunch while we waited for all tour members. In the end they didn’t arrive so it was just the 2 of us (plus Kong) on the adventure. We did the longer hike around and up the mountain learning about Thailand along the way. Once we arrived at the Big Buddha we enjoyed fresh fruit and a coconut to drink then continued up to the sight itself. As it is a morning activity the crowds were still quite small so gave us better opportunities for pictures etc. Following this it was a quick ride to Chalong Temple where we wandered around the gardens and in and out of the various buildings on site. Kong was super friendly, let us lead the way on time in each area. The tours ends with lunch and it didn’t disappoint! YUM. If you like to be active and see the sights without sitting in a van all day, this is definitely the tour for you!

Great work out! Please note that you don’t need to be in great shape. Just expect to sweat a ton! You start walking up to the Buddha from a resort nearby. The tour guide was great!
When we go to the Buddha we had an amazing view of Phuket.

This trip was absolutely amazing! We took the 2km hike up to Big Buddha. It is quite steep, but very interesting, as you walk through the jungle :) The fruits on top of the hill are better than you can find at the hotels, because they are very fresh, so it’s a great reward for the hike. The tour was perfectly organized, the guides are fun and friendly. They took picture so we have a lot of memories while actually enjoying sightseeing. They really make sure you get an immersive experience! Overall, 10/10, we loved it a lot!

It was a great and delightful tour with a clever dog called MIa.
Everything was well arranged including lunch and sightseeing.
I definitely recommend this tour those who want to take a look around Big Budda and the temple.
I would like to take 4 ways water tour someday with the guides.

Great trek, but its a lot harder than I expected, we did the 2km straight up trek, im a moderately fit 50 year old and found it hard work at times but saying that we had a 73 year old guy who got up but just took a bit longer. Once you are at the top of the trek its pretty easy from then on, theres also a pit stop at the top at a local cafe which was welcome.
Lunch was back at the hotel where we started and was amazing I hadnt expected it to be so good.
You are given water but id recommend taking extra with you.

This was an amazing trip, made all the better with a brilliant guide Nuya and her dog.From the moment we were picked up from our hotel and did the rounds picking up the other travellers, to arriving at the departure point where we first me Nuya, we felt comfortable and confident that we were going to have a good day.
Although for January it was a very hot day with the humidity also quite high we were still looking forward to the trek. We were provided with additional water and briefed on the level of difficulty with an explanation that anyone who felt a bit wary of the climb could be driven by road to the next rendezvous point.
The group consisted of myself and my wife from the UK, an Israeli lady, a South African couple, a Canadian, and 4 Americans two of whom opted for the transport.
We were put through a little session to limber up ankles and knees etc, and set off up a very steep bit of road in about 32 degrees before turning onto what can best be described as a very steep path. It might only be about 2k but it felt like 10 in the heat with the little dog leading the way to sniff out snakes in the undergrowth.
With some puffing and panting mainly because myself and Maria decided on a blistering pace up the hill leaving everyone else to catch up we arrived at the rest station fro refreshment and plenty of coconut milk and fruit, before completing the steep climb up the road to the Big Buddha.
We had plenty of time to look around and see the monkeys and both Buddha's before driving off to the restaurant for a very nice meal with plenty of choice. Then driven back to our respective hotels. An amazing trip and well worth the effort. Would highly recommend this trek.

This was such a fun trek up the mountain to see the big Buddha! Our guide was incredibly friendly and kept everyone's spirits up throughout the long and hot hike. We had frequent stops, beautiful scenes along the way, and overall it was a fantastic day.
Highly recommend - but do keep in mind that it is a hike! Wear light and comfortable clothes and good athletic shoes.
Only issues: The little cafe we stopped at for a drink had clearly mistreated animals chained up outside. I realize it's a different culture, but it made a lot of us in the group feel very uncomfortable. For our lunch we were really disappointed that it was western food. We're in Thailand...expected to be shown some good Thai food.

What a fabulous tour. Our guide Nuya was amazing and knew everything about the local plants, history and culture.
The walk through the jungle is tough, it's very steep and the weather is hot and humid, but there's lots of stops along the way to learn about the area, taste local fruits and catch your breath. The views from the top are stunning and worth the effort, and so is the celebratory coconut juice!
The Big Buddha and the temple are beautiful and the lunch afterwards is delicious. We met some great new people and had a great day. Highly recommend this trip!
