I couldn’t recommend the ATV Phuket Tours enough! They picked us up and dropped us back to our hotel. Communication was super easy and efficient, and our tour guides were 2 of the most friendliest and helpful guys I’ve ever met! Made the tour and the day one of the best days of my life! I will definitely be rebooking again :)

A great morning in Phuket. It was heavily raining but we felt this added to the experience. We were provided with ponchos when we reached the destination and off we went. Everything was quick and there was no time wasted. We had a great time driving through the jungle. I hadn't realised that we would drive the quads all the way to the Buddha but we turned a corner, and there it was. It was so amazing to see. The rain and mist cleared just in time for us to enjoy the Buddha and get some pics before it rained heavier than ever on the way back but it was an amazing experience in the rain and a great option for a rainy day if you happen to get one. The only thing I didn't enjoy and would have swayed my decision on booking this trip was driving past 2-3 elephants (mum and babies) chained up in the woodland area. The company also offer elephant trips which I hadn't realised when booking. I am really against this and, had I known, would not have given this company my money and used another option.

Hey thanks for the review glad you enjoyed the tour, I prefer it when it rains :) The atv operator does not have elephants, although there are a number of elephant camps up near big Buddha they are nothing to do with us or the tour you went on.

I thought the tour was great! I went as a solo traveler. They picked me up form my hotel promptly and brought me back in a timely fashion. I enjoyed myself and everyone was so friendly! I felt safe and had a blast!

Sehr positiv, ich hatte Glück und hatte die Tour alleine mit dem Guid. Er merkte das ich recht gut klarkomme mit dem quad und so wurde es auch etwas anspruchsvoller. 2 Touren quer durch den Jungle, herlich. 1000 Dank für das geleiten. Immer wieder gern

On nous a offert cet activité comme cadeau de noël, tout content de faire du quad et de visiter. Le transfert était compris dans le tarif, mais on est jamais venu nous récupérer. Donc nous avons pas pu faire l’activité.... Le remboursement n’est pas pris en charge ! Faire attention sois y aller de vos propres moyens ou trouver une autre activité.

Very disappointed in this review what an absolute blatant lie. This is what's wrong with the world today. People like you can go around trying destroy people's business. You were contacted the day before to confirm the booking, you requested a date change to 16 or 17 when I pointed out you were already booked on 16th you said keep the original booking date which we did. The driver arrived at your hotel on time and subsequently waited 30 minutes while I tried to contact you by phone and message with no responce. Two days later I got a message requesting a refund as you cancelled your whole trip "Travel date jeu., janv. 16, 2020 Reason for request I canceled my entire trip." So because you either slept in or changed your plans you did not go on the tour, then expect a refund 2 days later. If you had told us day before you couldn't go no issues, but to expect a refund after we already booked you 2 ATVs and the driver went out if his way to your hotel which is not on our usual route we could not issue a refund. Saddens me people like you exist, blame everyone else for your mistake and when we cannot issue a refund we get a bad review like this. Totally out of order you should be ashamed of yourself. Anyone reading this review we are very fair when it comes to cancellation within 24 hours but to request one 2 days after the event we cannot do. The ATVs could have been sold to others and the driver wasted an hour going to pick up guest this all costs
