- For trishaw tour, twin sharing for adult and child, a surcharge fee of RM40/pax imposed on single seat (unshared) trishaw. Adults with more than 85kg may need 1 trishaw
- Hat, sun glasses and sun block may be useful to avoid afternoon sun
- Rain coat will be provided if rains. If thunder storms, the tour time will be delayed or extended
- Most travelers can participate
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Sam was an excellent guide. He was well informed/educated and shared his insights with the group. He was able to keep us all safe and well organized. The meals were fun as well. Good time to get to know the other guests, and Sam was very attentive to my vegetarian diet. Much appreciated.

Ken was great to deal with and had very good knowledge on the different sights visited. He also had very good English and was a great communicator. I would highly recommend Ken and his company.

This is a wonderful, easy ride through the Old Town and a great way to experience the local culture and cuisine of Penang. Eddy was an excellent and informative guide and treated us like family. All communication was excellent. Thank you for a memorable experience! This is a great choice for cruise passengers wanting to avoid the crowded cruise ship tours.

Wilson was an excellent guide, so informative and helpful. Cycling made it so much more enjoyable than walking. Breakfast and lunch were of a good quality and nice to see where the locals were eating.

Dude was an awesome guide. Great energy and so much information. He made sure everyone e was involved and having a great time.
The bikes were great as well. I wasn't sure they would be able to handle me as I'm a sturdy 115kg but it was no issue.
It was a great experience all around.

We really enjoyed this tour of Penang with Ken who was so kind and professional. We were on bicycles and the cycling was all on the flat and Ken kept us safe from traffic with his music and whistle. Breakfast & lunch were both delicious too. Highly recommend the tour - those on trishaws had fun too.

Eddie was just a fantastic, accommodating, knowledgeable, caring tour guide. Really lovely human and just knew so much but very interesting and kept us on schedule. He even got us a little extra fruit treat at the end.
We saw so much but never felt rushed. It was a really superb way to see a ton of the historical parts of the downtown quickly, and a lot of the highlights and he was a great to ask questions to about things to do next! Highly recommend

Absolutely best tour we have done in Southeast Asia over past 2 months. Vincent is an amazing tour guide. Wealth of knowledge, super energetic and personable. I did the trishaw tour with my 9 year old son/ kid. He barely complained 😂 as the tour was well paced with lots of fun information. Tour company was also VERY kind and flexible, allowing us to reschedule last minute when my son became ill. I am super happy we were able to go on this, could not have gotten so much comprehensive history of Penang on our own!
