Tiger was awesome. Educational, entertaining - the whole experience was great. We ate great food and learned so much about Penang. I recommend this to EVERYONE. My wife and I went hungry and were glad given all the food. He even left us with a going away 'burger' for a late night snack. I heard he has a coffee tour and was angry we didn't have time to stick around for it.

Tiger is the man! My wife and I were visiting for just one day from New York, and Tiger was so helpful in making the most of our time in Penang. He was so thoughtful, all the way from giving us new reusable water bottles up to noting our food restrictions. We also got to learn so much great information about the culture and the history. The best part was our picnic in front of a scenic dam and our hike up to one of the biggest Hindu temples before our dinner. Most importantly, everything was local, authentic and clean. Take it from an incredibly picky New Yorker!
Everything was perfect and this was probably the best viator experience I've ever had.

Tiger is a charming, knowledgeable and friendly host, whose obvious passion for Penang, it’s culture, history and unique cuisine is evident in his enthusiastic conversation. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the sights, and the uniquely local perspective that Tiger shared with us.
Highly recommend this tour, especially for first time visitors.

I had a lovely time learning about Penang and trying out some new dishes. Tiger was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend his tour to not only a solo traveller but anyone looking to taste some dishes and learn and see more about the area.

Tiger is a Penangite with excellent conversant English communication and wealth of knowledge on history, cultures, geography, cuisine, government and people! He kept up hours of interesting information as we explored the area around George Town with a plethora of Malay dishes, walking through the six daily meals and saw some interesting sites, including a nature hike, picnic with view, and a sample pilgrimage hike (513 steps up and down - optional). Tiger explains the blending of cultures that created Penang food traditions, and you get to taste the results.
