This was easily the highlight of my Ottawa trip! Vivi was incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable. The pace of the tour was excellent, giving me the chance to truly savour each moment. As an added bonus, she takes fantastic photos... the perfect icing on the cake. Getting up close and personal with the animals felt surreal, and the lingering snow across the grounds made the entire setting feel like a dream. I am so glad I booked this experience!

The Parc Omega is a beautiful place with so many animals. Our guide Vivi is a wonderful person. She is so well versed in her knowledge and love of these animals. We chose this location as I have spent 20+ years in my search to see a moose. We have traveled far and wide and yesterday was my day. I cried when I saw them so close and in person and my husband noted that Vivi cried at my joyful tears. We cannot recommend her enough! 🥰🫎
