They did not come and collect me. Not even sure they’re still a functioning business. I had written to them several times in advance, but they didn’t respond. They took my money but didn’t show up on the day. Had to write to Viator (from the day before when I started to get worried they weren’t writing back to respond to some questions I’d sent) - now waiting for a refund. Luckily I had another day when I could do Wadi Shab- using tomorrow another company with more recent reviews.

But that time, unfortunately, the situation was not in my power as I was out of any connection for almost two years since June 26, 2022. I am just back to life in April, 2024.
