This was a normal airport taxi. The driver was on time and very helpful. Due to the lack of seatbelts in the rear of the taxi I will not use this service again

It is always a good thing when you exit the arrivals hall at an airport at 4am and see a person waiting to greet you with your name written on a card. Relief. The young, friendly man who collected myself and my husband for our private transfer to our hotel in Muscat was not only a safe driver but along the way he delighted us by pointing out the sights of Muscat, something we didn't expect. He also corrected my poor Arabic pronunciation! We can highly recommend Viator for value for money and reliability in Muscat.

When I came through security my driver was waiting with a sign with "miss Judith". I didn't have to wait at all. He drove me to my hotel in a nice car by a safe way. I would recommend this service to other travelers as well.

There was nobody to meet me; I asked a local person to phone for me and half an hour later I was picked up. After this hicup the service I received was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
