Lovely half day trip with Alex. We had a wonderful visit to St Paul de Vence, before making our way to a family run vineyard. The wine tasting was delicious and the presenter was very informative and friendly.

The trip to the small town castle and the winery after was fantastic! We booked this on a whim but it turned out to be an amazing experience. Great views from the castle walls. The winery offered a new style of wine making I had never heard of. Aging wine in the sun! Sounds counterintuitive but the results are spectacular. I would highly recommend this tour.

Very nice tour to St Paul de Vence and wine tasting. The town is beautiful, and the wine tasting was great. Our guide was great, pick up and drop off at our hotel.

The wine experience itself was informative and we were able to try several wines. They were very pleasant. The driver was late and did not have much to say. He drove extremely fast around very curvy roads. Most of our small group were totally nauseated by the time we got to our location. That’s why I’m only giving it 3 stars.

Our tour guide was Alex. He shared a lot of knowledge about the areas we passed through, as well as the destination and winery. St Paul de Vence is one of my favorite medieval cities, filled with art galleries and once home to many renowned artists. The wine tasting was also fun - we tried whites, roses and reds from the vineyard, and they explained the process and history of winemaking in Provence! Really a fun time, thank you to Alex and to Lucca!

This was a fantastic tour. Unfortunately, we were unable to go to Saint Paul de Vence as it had been closed to the general public because of a United Nations event going on in Nice, so David (our excellent guide) and his colleagues had come up with a very comparable plan B - a visit to Tourrettes-sur-Loup. This was a wonderful, charming little place with hardly any tourists. We then went onto the wine tasting which was interesting to say the least, especially for people like me know don't know the first thing about wine! Then back towards Nice in time for lunch. David was excellent - exceptionally knowledgeable and his time spent explaining things during the journey made the experience all the better. Thank you David - I'm so glad I did this and had you as our guide!

Tour guide, Thierry was great. Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to dignitary's being in and taking over the town, we were not able to take the tour that we paid for. Upon getting picked up we were told we would be going somewhere else. A little advanced notice would've been nice so we could've decided to change plans. What we did was nice but I wanted to go to where we chose for a reason and did not get to I do feel we are due a partial refund and will pursue that. In then end it was a good tour thanks to Thierry.

Our tour guide Eva was fantastic. She was from Budapest and was so knowledgeable about all of the places we were driving through and were we were going. Wonderful service and was very relaxing, no stress at all. St Paul Du Vance was incredible and the vineyard was so pretty. Would do this all over again and fully recommend. Eva gave us some restaurant recommendations which have so far turned out to be brilliant. Amazing experience from start to end.

Alesandro was a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and funny. Saint Paul de Vance was stunning and the winery was on a beautiful hill. The wine was wonderful and the people were very friendly. The only thing I wish they would do is give more time at both palaces. We were only at each place about 45 minutes which just isn’t enough time.

We really enjoyed the wine tasting at the vineyard. Our host was friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and made it a fun experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the walk through St.Paul de Vence….would have liked more time there. I was disappointed that our tour did not have us on the list that day even though I received an email confirmation and a text day prior. Driver had to turn around and pick us up late which shortened our time.

Martina, our guide, was very nice and shared her knowledge of the area with us. What was disappointing was the wine. This is France and I expected better wine than was presented. The person presenting the wines gave us some details on how the wine is made but I’ve never had several wines poured in the same glass one after the other with at least rinsing the glass with water first or giving you another glass. I’d think twice before taking this tour.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this tour was marvelous. The drive itself to the winery was lovely and then the winery...oh my! Just as beautiful as in movies. Great wine tasting and friendly hosts. The driver/host gave us ample time there and also in Vence. I highly recommend this tour. Well worth your time and money.

The staff driving us and the staff at the vineyard were lovely but sad to say we were disappointed by this trip overall. The group size for wine tasting was way too large, with an awkward set up and tiny pours. We also didn’t have much time in the second location due to timekeeping within our group.

Wine tasting set in beautiful part of the countryside and the host was very knowledgeable about her wines. It was just a shame they were not to my taste. The visit to St Paul de Vence was lovely too with enough time to explore the medieval town.

The winery was a great stop (very passionate about their wine, really interesting and unique historical process) and Saint Paul de Vence was also enjoyable. Our issues were all with the transport; it started with a 20 minute late pickup and we weren’t even the last ones on the route, which put us 30 minutes behind. The tour guide was rude immediately since we didn’t leave our hotel and walk around the corner to a busy road where he parked (this was not what was discussed for pickup). The driving was very touch-and-go on the gas pedal making it a very uncomfortable ride, not due to traffic (this was also mentioned to the guide by several people and ignored). There were also several rude comments directed at other guests, some based on simple common questions like “when does the traffic lighten up in the evening”. We were also let out of the van on the side of a busy road during passing traffic which was very unsafe - this was the main road along the promenade at rush hour. Other guests left the van with us to avoid more time/issues on their way back. The tour itself is very nice, but be advised that the tour guide makes or breaks the experience.

This was a lovely half day trip. Our guide Eva was very nice and shared some interesting information with us on the drive. We loved Saint Paul De Vence and we were lucky to see it before the crowds arrived - it’s full of art galleries, gift shops and lots of photo opportunities. Would have loved to have a little extra time here. The Vineyard and wine tasting was amazing. The location is peaceful and beautiful and the tasting was very relaxed and informal - we loved the owner who was so warm and welcoming and shared so much information on the wine and wine making process. There is the opportunity to buy the wine which is very reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend this tour.
