Overview

Explore Monaco and Eze on this private guided tour for just you and your group. You’ll start with a lovely drive in Moyenne Corniche, the hike up to the top of the medieval village of Eze and visit the perfume factory. Later wander around Monaco-Ville, and finally stop at the Casino of Monte-Carlo, where you have the chance to go inside, or just do some hunting for sports cars.

We had an amazing Monaco & Èze tour, and Alex made the entire experience unforgettable. He made everything feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish. Alex was so knowledgeable about the history, culture, and knew the best spots along the way, while also giving us enough time to explore and take in the views.

We had the best day with Alex! He communicates clearly and arrives right on time for pick ups throughout your journey. He is informative and so pleasant. If you need a driver in the French Riviera or parts of Italy, Alex is your guy! We enjoyed beautiful Eze and Monaco with him. He even made lunch reservations for us and made sure we were back on our ship in plenty of time. I will be recommending him to everyone I hear is traveling in his area. :)

This tour was incredible! If you’re even considering booking just do it. Alex was so engaging and kind. The car is very comfortable, he was gracious to provide us some water. We saw hidden view points we would have missed. He helped us to navigate so that we beat the crowds in Eze and ensured we had a beautiful scenic drive. We booked the whole day tour bc otherwise it would not have been doable for us as we came from Antibes and we did not want a rushed tour. We hope to meet him again next visit to the area!

We had a great time on our private tour our group consisted of two couples traveling together. We booked a car rather than a van taking into consideration the travel distance is not that far. Alex picked us up on time at our hotel in Nice and we travelled to Eze with a few stops along the way for photos. Alex was very knowledgable sharing history along the way. We stopped in Eze for about an hour to explore then made our way to Monaco. After a 30 minute tour around the place grounds we finished off in casino square with late lunch at cafe de Paris and spent an hour in the casino. We booked a half day tour and ended up going overtime which Alex accommodated for a reasonable amount. We closed out with a visit to a secret view point and finally back to Nice. Overall a great day!

Our day with Alex was incredible! We did not want to be rushed, so opted to extend his half day Monoco and Ezra tour into a full day and we are so glad we did! We started with a visit to Eze, which was just amazing. The winding passageways and fragrant jasmine blooming everywhere was so beautiful. Then we traveled toward Monaco accompanied by a James Bond soundtrack as we navigated a winding road featured in one of the films (so much fun!). In Monaco we caught the changing of the guard, had lunch, and then headed to the Monte Carlo casino where my 18 year old was in heaven with all the sports cars. We finished with a lap on the Grand Prix circuit. I would definitely recommend a tour with Alex!

We had the most wonderful day seeing Monaco and Eze with the BEST tour guide! I highly recommend booking this tour. We arrived at Prince Alberts palace in time to see the changing of the guards. Eze was void of the crowds and felt like we had the old town to ourselves. It was so much fun to explore. Perfect day. Comfortable and beautiful car. Excellent tour guide.

We had the most amazing day with Alex! He is so knowledgeable and took us to all the places we were interested in seeing, plus a few surprise gems along the way with incredible views. Eze was magical and straight out of a storybook. Alex showed us a local french restaurant off the beaten path and it was one of our best meals we had on our trip. We were blown away by the beauty of the coast and Alex was great company! Can’t recommend this tour enough, especially if you don’t have a car during your stay. You really can’t reach these amazing places without one.

What an amazing day!! If you are thinking twice about taking this tour, stop right here and just do it... this tour is worth every penny. Completely, and brilliantly worth it. From informative to personalized, Alex makes your full day trip to Eze and Monaco an experience you will absolutely not forget! Alex is an excellent guide, and knows the history of Nice, Eze, Monaco, and surrounding areas like no other. He will tailor your tour to not only your likes and/or dislikes, but also to your capabilities... care for a hike? He's got the location for you. Don't want to hike? He knows the spot. He's a true professional. Not to mention, he incorporates a great balance of free time to roam and experience the areas you visit, as you choose. I had my heart set on a trip to the Fragonard Parfumeur, and Alex delivered that and more! My husbad and I travel frequently and to many locations throughout Europe, and honestly couldn't have had a better day without him. This is a "must-do" if you want a private tailored experience in Eze and Monaco!

My husband and I did a full day tour with Alex this past week. We covered so much in a day, focusing on the areas we wanted to see(Eze, Monaco), but also a surprise stop off the touristy path. Alex was prompt, informative, super friendly, and overall a fantastic tour guide! Initially we planned on exploring Eze & Monaco by ourselves but we are so happy we chose to do this instead. Alex is an amazing tour guide with so much knowledge about the area, and it is clear that he cares about providing you with a great experience. He customizes the tour based on your interests & gives you time to explore privately. Along with the key locations advertised, Alex took us to a few hidden gems that we would’ve never seen or known about otherwise, and we learned so much interesting history. Being picked up & dropped off at our AirBnB also made the logistics very easy. Look no further if you want a really fun & memorable tour!

I recently booked this tour for me, my wife, and our 9-year-old daughter. Alex promptly met us at the port on time and was excellent from the moment we got in his car until he dropped us back at the dock. Alex's car was clean and comfortable and Alex provided us with fun, interesting facts as he led us from Cannes to Nice, then to Eze, Monaco, and Monte Carlo. Alex is fluent in English and was very personable and engaging. He provided us with a little scavenger hunt in Eze and Monaco that was entertaining for the whole family as well as provided great scenic views and some extra spots on our route. As we were somewhat pressed for time, Alex was great at customizing our trip to maximize the things that were "must-sees." Overall, I highly recommend this tour.

We had such a great experience having Alex of Riviera Tours as our guide through Eze and Monaco. He knows the ins and outs and special spots, plus he’s an engaging and fun person - the best combo for a tour guide! Alex picked us up at our hotel in his gorgeous car and we were off! From the start, we learned so much about the history and culture of the Riviera. I highly (highly!) recommend taking the time for the full day tour. It gave Alex the opportunity to customize the day for us (myself and my 19 year old son) and allowed us the chance to see things that we know we would have missed out on if we had chosen a 1/2 day tour.
