I think our expectations may have been too high but we based them on other tours. This was not terribly interesting although there were plenty of locations and opportunities. Our tour guide was very nice but very negative about the show
Doc Martin location tour in Port Wen. Great tour with a knowledgeable and likeable guide. Takes an hour and a half
This gave you a great insight into the whole Doc Martin story. Our guide Mike was in the show and behind the camera so it was a true reflection on the filming, the cast, the buildings used and about Port Isaac's history as a village. It was very informative and interesting. .
Mike Meager appeared in many Doc Martin episodes and told interesting stories about the actors and making the show.
The guide Mark gave us a brilliant insight into how the show was made and very knowledgeable of the village and its history. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend

Nice tour with knowledgeable guide. I would only caution if you are unsteady on your feet that the walk is steep at times and uneven. But highly recommend if you’re a doc martin fan. You see back areas of the village you would likely miss on your own exploring.
This tour was well worth it. Worth every penny. The tour guide, Mike Meakins, was brilliant and was part of the cast of the Doc Martins series, so his knowledge was incredible. Strongly recommend

We enjoyed seeing the locations from the show and exploring in the back streets. It was like a trip down memory lane hearing the stories again and seeing the places they were filmed.
It brings you very close to the experience of Port Wenn. It's all there, and our tour guide (Mike Meakins) had been a more or less recurring extra throughout the series from the beginning and gave a lot of insight into the production Great job.
Mike was a great tour guide. Do much insight for those Doc Martin fans, but you don't have to be a fan of the series as it's very interesting knowing all the history of Port Isaac. Excellent tour.

Dave is an excellent Tour guide, with a wealth of knowledge! Those in our group who knew noting about Doc Martin enjoyed the Tour and learning more about Port Isaac. The Doc Martin fans enjoyed all the fun facts and familiar scenery. Incredible photo opps.
Great little town experience ….. tour of the town and buildings used for the TV show …. Very neat town and local people. Plan to stay an extra day as there r lots to do around the area

It is absolutely fantastic and a must for anyone who has ever seen the show, our guide was Mike Meakins and he was an extra (SA) special person involved in the show and was just an absolute pleasure.

Inside look into the Doc Martin story with lots of walking up and down. Mike is a great guide and has many fascinating tidbits to share.
If you’re a Doc Martin fan, this is a very nice tour of spots where filming took place and other parts of the village. The tour takes a little over an hour allowing time to wander further on your own and enjoy lunch.
It was a fantastic tour. Mike our tour guide was so informative and had been in Doc Martin so knew the actors and everyone behind the scenes. He had some brilliant stories to share about what went on behind and infront of the camera. I throughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone who has enjoyed the show.
