I went with my daughter, who knows Bath a little better than I do. We had a great time. The weather was dry but windy. That helped. We enjoyed working out the answers to the clues but when we couldn't, the hints still left us with some work to do so we still had a sense of achievement when we got it right. We met lots of other tourists doing various treasure hunts. It was fun meeting them. The maps, that were given in sections, were really easy to follow, which added to the fun because we never really got lost. I found the walking was further than I had expected. I think it would be helpful if the distance covered was listed in the description so that people can judge whether they can manage it. I am nearly 72 and I began the day with a limp. By the end my feet were sore and I was very tired but I'm still glad I did it.

This was a super fun way to explore Bath and learn some interesting history. My partner and I only spent one night in Bath, and found this to be a great option for sightseeing and exploring within a quick timeframe.

Best of Bath worlds

I loved that the route was suggested but still flexible, so if we saw something interesting in a window or down a side street it was easy to wander off a bit and then make our way back when we were ready. The clues were cryptic enough to make us think and pay closer attention than we might otherwise. As a Bridgerton and Jane Austen fan, I was very happy to accidentally see most of the places I had on my wish list, without having to divert far from the route at all...so my husband barely noticed...and we both had a great time!

Definitely good for children to learn about the city. Would have been even better if more history facts are brought out through each quest and some sort of rewards in the end, ie a CHAMPION sticker 😅 …..etc

Bath Self-Guided Tour - Great way to see the city

Walking around the Abbey about 3 times trying to find the first clue!! We felt we could take our time and stop for a coffee when we felt we wanted to. The "chat" feature was really easy to use but we had to use the "hint" option more than we should have!

Fantastic tour. We did it with our 10 & 7 year old children who also thoroughly enjoyed it. Takes you all around the main sights so you get to see all the attractions plus lots of fun trying to unlock each clue.
