Our driver was right on time upon our arrival at the airport. On the way to the resort she answered all of our questions and let us know of some must see things to do. She knew the staff at our resort and they were all very helpful. As our vacation concluded there, she was again right on time just as friendly and knowledgeable. This experience was a 10 out of 10.

Communication was good at the start. We were told to meet outside the airport, and an employee (not the driver) met us there. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 15 minutes for the driver to arrive, while we watched other travelers leave right away in taxis. What bothered us most is that we had booked private transportation, yet the driver showed up with someone already sitting in the front passenger seat not what we paid for.
The only positive was that the driver himself was very nice and friendly.

Thanks for your review. We do apologize for any inconvenience cause. The additional person in the front seat was in training and we apologize that the driver didn't mention it. Recently our immigration department at the airport experience longer lines than usual that time after time contributes to a little delay.

They did come and pick me up from the airport however trying to return is an issue as my hotel location was changed and I can’t seem to reach them to give them the new location. Viator gave me a non working number

Although communication details were not clearly provided, I was able to reach out to the tour operator to get all the details ahead of my travels. I wish they were provided well ahead of time. Communication at the airport was smooth and we did not have to wait long for our driver. That’s when things went south. Our driver would not turn on the AC, insisting on great weather. I sat in the from passenger seat and my window would not go down: Held up by a wedged something in the window, and it rattled as we drove. Driver was erratic, took a shortcut, texted and drove as we made our way in traffic. Worst part was he made another detour to pick up some cash at a hotel that wasn’t ours, and we had to wait for him to run down some guy who had his money. The car and experience was anything but luxury. It was not a good way to start our vacation after traveling all morning to the island.

I don’t know where to start. This company is awesome!! They were waiting for us right outside customs, and the car came around pretty quickly. The driver was personable and fun to talk with. She gave us lots of ideas of fun things to do on the island. It was all going great until I realized while checking in that I left my phone in the backseat! I sent a WhatsApp message to the company and they brought it back to the hotel!! If we had gotten a taxi, my phone would have been gone. Thank you so much, you guys were lifesavers.

We Paid for luxury suv as i wanted to surprise the family on our trip.. We ended getting a dirty out of date van. They did send us an SUV on the way back with the driver talking about death and accidents the whole time . not what we wanted to hear before boarding a flight with my 10 year kid listening .. Remember its all about the service and client experience .

We appreciate you taking the time to write a review. Upon your arrival we advise you that the suv will be arriving in seven minutes write had our luxury transit on location. You told the representative you will go with the transit. I advise her to let you know that the suv will be there in a few but if you choose to go no problem. On the return we you were transferred via the suv. Spoke with our driver mentioned you guys ask about the ambulance that was at the hotel the day before. He informed you about what happened as requested by a member of your party. We will continue to strive to provide above an beyond services for all our clients thanks Mark

For pick up they were late we didn’t get picked up in an Escalade and driver wasn’t dressed in a suit I didn’t pay $200 to be picked up by in a Chevy with a shirt and pants and by the way $200 For round trip 10 minute ride to Hyatt was a rip off

regarding the attire, be advised that during the summer months, the governing authorities allow for a more relaxed uniform, hence the Bush jacket and slacks. Grateful, once again, for your patronage.

Our driver was very informative and prompt! We arrived 5 hours late and they waited for us! Clean and roomy vehicle! He stopped at the local gas station for us to grab some essentials. Highly recommend!!

We travel a lot and book a lot of private transportation services. This was misleading because we were picked up in a van instead of a "luxury" vehicle. On the way back to the airport a week later we were again picked up in a van, and this time there was some mix up with us and another guest so we waited for 30 minutes in a hot van while the driver tried to sort out the mix up for the other guest and we had flights to catch so it was a bit stressful. 2 stars because the driver was nice at least.
