An hour and a half late. Poor communication and excuses while we were waiting in the heat. All would have been fine if they had’ve communicated a possible delay before the excursion. Once the actual excursion started, everything was great. Things can just be anxiety producing if you’re on a cruise and there’s major delays while you’re on an island.
I liked the travel experience the workers were chilled. Music was a whole vibe🔥, the captain was wonderful, all the trips was very nice. But only 1 thing was off the time we booked for 9am but they didnt show untill 11:30-11:40am, so we had to wait a very long time and they gave alot of excuses besides just telling us what was going on but we ask the others that were there that got there later then us what time was there booking they booked a 10:30 slot so what we believe is that they have not worked the time slots totally out this particular day and just bunched us altogether so it was kinda frustrating waiting all that time. But they did bring us back close to our ship so we wouldn't have to get a cab. So it was good other than the time slot. Because we really wanted to explore a little more the island b4 going back onto the ship. But maybe another day.
An amazing day trip experience! It was exactly what I wanted when booking the tour. We snorkeled, saw turtles, spent some time on a private part of the beach, had a delicious lunch, and swam with the pigs! The boat was fun, we had rum punch and good music playing. The whole crew working was very friendly too.
It was a great experience! I only have one negative thing to say… at first I was nervous because they said the start time was 1pm and the check in process was questionable as we were waiting outside to board the boat for about 35 minutes. So it started at 1:30ish but once we got on the boat it was only up from there. Each stop was the perfect amount of time. The lunch on the private beach club was delicious and good portion. The staff was amazing and fun! Good for all ages! My boyfriend and I are in our early 20s and it was a blast (not a party boat but still great vibes). My favorite activity was the snorkeling and the private beach where the pigs were! Make sure you bring drinks because 2 small alcoholic beverages were $40 once you get to the beach club. Overall would definitely book again!
Excellent, fun and engaging. The crew was great. Captain and the second mate and everyone was helpful kind of fun and very informative and knowledgeable.
We had a great time, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rose island is beautiful and it’s always a good time on a boat.
Great people loved the experience, a fee things that could make it a little better is that it should be a little longer, more meat when it comes to the bbq felt like a kid plate and yes it was so good to ask for a normal adult serving, and lastly the sea turtle sighting should have a disclosure of a hit or miss because unless we was swimming with them they were hard to see and they didn't stay on the surface long enough to take a photo. Over all BOOK this excursion, you wont regret, I definitely enjoyed it!
Well it was great would do it again in a heartbeat. My daughter at 35 has special needs and the captain and the second mate was out of this world with her.
The boat was the best boat that we saw on the water. The crew was amazing. The only down side is that you don’t swim with the sea turtles.
We had a really disappointing experience on the 10am trip. To start with, we were delayed by 30 minutes waiting for a group of eight who appeared to have some kind of connection with the crew.
Unfortunately, things only got worse. Several women in that group were extremely rude and inconsiderate—at one point, one of them nearly knocked over my young son and even kicked him, without any apology. Later, during a snorkeling stop, they took over our seats and placed their belongings there. When I asked a crew member for help, he was dismissive and offered an impractical solution that would have separated me from my 8-year-old child. He made no effort to address the situation with the group.
The lack of professionalism continued throughout the trip. While a crew member was explaining lunch arrangements to me, one of the women from this particular group interrupted rudely to ask him to charge her phone, and again, no one addressed the behavior. To make matters worse, this same group seemed to receive preferential treatment, including extra food, while I was denied additional portions for my children.
Although the trip itself had potential, the overall experience was completely overshadowed by poor management and unacceptable behavior—both from the guests and the crew. I would not recommend traveling with this team.
Poorly run. Started 1/2 hour late assured we woukd be back by 430 or 5 actually got back after last call for ship at 6. Ship said we were two minutes from being left at the dock. No sense of timing or anything. Beach club not built. We did see a turtle that was the only positive here.
We did not have a good experience. The excursion did not match what was advertised. The snorkeling was not that impressive and also we specifically booked this tour since we wanted to swim with the turtles, and they just took us on the boat around where the turtles were near the green island.
There was no communication when we arrived at their private island. The boat crew did not stay with us and no one from their company on the island gave us clear details as to what to expect there. we waited wondering and they finally told us their lunch was ready (which btw was not too bad), but we were at no point even offered bottles of water at any point during the tour.
Overall it was not an impressive experience.
We were looking for a way to spend the afternoon instead of at the resort. We booked this trip the day before. The boat arrived later than pick up but the trip was not shortened for it. We went snorkeling at a vibrant fish filled area. We sight saw turtles. We did wish we could get in the water with them. Then we went to the beach club island. It was a rocky walk up some steep steps but it came out to a picturesque beach with cash bar, delicious island lunch, beach, water activities and of course the pigs. We have done the pigs on Exuma with the wild ones, but these pigs are very well behaved! The staff were friendly, entertaining, and helpful. The boat was roomy and the ride was not long. It was worth the price and a fun way to spend the afternoon.

Directions to the meeting point were not clear. We actually needed to taxi to the right spot. We ended up on the wrong side of island. We paid $100 to taxi to the right spot to find out them left us. Then we were expected to pay $100/person for a boat to catch up with the tour. I have been many places and this price is outrageous for the trip there. They had other times for the same excursion , but they were cancelled. We then had to taxi back….more money out of our pockets. We have asked Viator and Shore to Shore excursion for a refund but no luck. Do not recommend either company.

After you book with our tour or any tour the online site sends you the directions and also tells you what time you are to be there before the tour starts.
We do apologize for any miscommunications.
Due to very unclear instructions on where to start our tour, we were taken to the wrong Margaritaville and missed our boat to leave. After paying $100 in taxi fees we were told we’d need to pay another $100 per person to get to the tour. We were not able to be booked on the next tour because those were all cancelled for the day. All requests for any type of refund were rejected for our entire group.

As per our policy, we have reported your booking to TripAdvisor as a no-show. You arrived 20 minutes late and we understand that you guys asked other tour operators at the meeting location what will be the cost to drop you to shore2Shore private beach club for your tour . However, we do not have any partnerships with those companies and cannot control their services or pricing. You spoke to them without our knowledge. We learned about this after the operators contacted our company informing us that our guests would like to be dropped off at the private beach club. They then asked if our boat arrived at the beach club as yet, we responded and said not as yet as our guests are snorkeling at this time .We also advise the operator that we cannot allow them to drop off because there are waivers you'd have to sign before boarding our vessel and our agent had left the meeting location that does the check-in and signing of the waivers.
In the future, we kindly ask for communication . We hope you will consider joining us again to experience the exceptional tours our guests raved about in reviews .
The directions to get to the boat tour were poor. We went to the incorrect Margarittaville and missed the boat/tour. No alternative offered and no refund given. Poor customer service.

I was nervous booking - had concerns about safety, condition of boat etc.
Captain Mike & Rashaad “pig daddy” were great. Super knowledgeable, great mysic, boat was in excellent condition with plenty of comfortable seating. The boat ride was enjoyable, plenty iof safety vests, snorkel gear etc. Snorkeling was lively, the shore 2 shore island was adorable - w lounging areas, bar, games and of course the pigs- so much fun!
Big Ray, Tristan and Leena were excellent guides. Special shout out to Ray for guiding me during the snorkeling portion. Beautiful views along the way and they even give you rum punch and water to quench your thirst. I would definitely do it again if given the chance.

It was really fun ! Larry, Mike, Jackson and Shawn was an amazing crew very knowledgeable and I honestly felt safe even though they remind you it is a speedboat! The pigs were awesome ! We got to snorkel and see turtles they even fed us! Kate was there for any of our medical needs. It was my birthday and I really enjoyed myself. It rained we had to take shelter for a while but it passed and the fun continued also another boat had some issues and we were able to help out and even enjoy the beach with some new faces.
I loved the whole experience! The staff were extremely nice, welcoming, and made the experience for my family and I very memorable. I can’t pin point what my favorite part of the experience was, because everything was my favorite part! From snorkeling, to relaxing & swimming at the private beach, feeding the pigs, and seeing turtles! I loved and enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you again to the friendly/amazing staff for everything!! I will be back and recommend this excursion to my friends & family :))
Great experience. Friendly & interactive staff who went above & beyond. We only saw one turtle but we were able to hold, feed, & swim with the baby pigs. The staff crew were amazing!

The boat had more people than it could fit, with customers sitting on a cooler. The beach spot for the Shore to Shore company was under construction, with all the construction noises. They ran out of their overcooked burgers. And the rum punch was absolutely not drinkable. Extremely poorly organized
The trip
Was not even 20% of what they promised . It was delayed for 5 hrs . Our tour was at 10am and they switched to 9am and once we were there they said it was weather issues and they switched to 1pm .. but if it was supposed to be weather issues why they switched it to 9am the first time ? We ended up Going in the water around 2pm and they didn't treat us good .everyone was mad and disappointed . I saw a lot of boats coming out at 1pm from the morning trip. The food was awful !! . Not worth all

The crew MADE this trip amazing. Such a great bunch who sang and danced the entire trip making it a big party! Pigs were so much fun, great snorkeling and saw several sea turtles! Doing this again with Shore2 shore when in Nassau!!!
Mike and Larry are amazing guides made sure everything was safe for us to do even with the strong currents. There a lot of fun and I will totally go back for that tour!
The children loved the fun of the speedboat, and singing along to some great music whilst whizzing from Island to Island. Spectacular scenery, nice bbq and some hungry pigs! Thanks to Mikey and Mali. Bucket list item complete!
My previously booked trip was cancelled just few hours before , I am extremely happy i found this one!! Mike and Mali were great and the pigs were happy to meet us :)))) The place was beautiful too!!!
It was a great experience overall. Will definitely recommend anyone visiting the Bahamas to do this excursion.
