This was so fun and we got the best pics to purchase our host was amazing water felt good we also were able to zip line which was amazing as well.

The whole experience was poor no communication they did not stick to the schedule or appt time each time
I completed a excursion I waited around 30-45 mins with no communication with the staff communication goes a long way if we had to wait fine but not to be told and just waiting is what gets u frustrated the most the employees seemed to cater to a certain culture and not to all cultures I wasn’t asked to see my photos they skipped me even though I was second in line they ask everyone but me the horse bck riding guides were nice but zip lining they were aggressive in tone an the attitude was awful I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here be prepared to sit around with no direction no help from staff just wasting time on ur very expensive vacation and even the bus’s shuttle go take u bck was not on time can u say horrible experience

First time Zip lining great experience. My daughter had a meltdown but our guide talked her into continuing and she made it to the end. The horseback riding was informative about the history. Gentle horses.

Although we switched our experience from horse and zipline to horse and ATV I want to give an honest review. So we were told when booking that the 2 combo of horse riding and ATV was from 10am till around 2pm. That we should be back at resort (Sandals Negril) around 2:30ish. With this being said I made photo shoot and private dinner reservations starting at 4:45pm. The bus picked us up for 9:30 am we arrived around 10 at Jamwest. We filled out paperwork and was told we would start with ATV, then horseback, which I was fine with considering I know you get wet on the horses. Well after about an hour of just sitting around we were told we would be going to the horseback tour first. We arrive and the guides were super nice and friendly. I only had 2 complaints with this tour and that is was extremely short and although they say the horses like being in the water, they in fact did not and were in distress. I know horses and the noises they were making were not "happy" noises, but in fact noises of them having trouble breathing. I consistently kept trying to keep my shorter horse closer to the shore so it would not get in distress, but the guides continued to bring them further out into the water, therefore making me uncomfortable, knowing the horse did not like this.
Moving on to the next part, we are brought back to the "lounge/main" area and told we would be going ATV riding soon. Well.... an hour later after just sitting around we are told they are waiting on ATVs to do the tour. So they offered us the opportunity to go to the mineral pool or the aviary. We did not want to get wet again and said the aviary, well they brought us to the mineral pool. The guy there was extremely nice, but super pushy on us getting into the ICE cold water. I have issues with cold water and it makes my bones hurt, so I did not want to get in the water nor did not want to get wet again. He kept pushing to get in. It was a little annoying. After about an hour at the mineral pool just standing around we are finally brought to the the ATV area. We are with a group of maybe 8 people at this point. We wait about 15 minutes and then watch the safety video. Well they start to bring several others over and by the time they were done it was about 30 people and they played the video about 4 or 5 times. Finally get brought to the ATVs and what do you know they didn't have enough. So we literally stood around again waiting on more ATVs. While some people were already riding and having a good time. After about 30 minutes, we are the LAST ones to get on the ATVs and then they go straight into the tour. So we got way less time than all the other people. The tour was indeed fun and be prepared to get very dirty. We arrive back at the main area and its now past 3 pm. I was stressing as now we would have to cancel our photo shoot. Another 45 minutes go by and we finally load the bus to leave. Needless to say for the amount of people that go to this place it is EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED! If you are into sitting around and waiting then this tour is for you. Unfortunately that is not what I enjoy so this was not for us and I will not be returning nor do I recommend.
