The entire zipline was wonderful. We had so much fun. This was the best exclusions of all. This is a must do. The guys Grayson and his crew made the entire adventure awesome. They had ys laughing the entire time. Loved the jokes at the end. If you don't do this zipline you are missing out. Remember to tip. They deserve it. They went way above all expectations.

Had a fantastic time. Staff was great. Not allowed to take cell phone on zipline or atv ride so no pictures since the power flickering caused us not to be able to see photos and purchase. Very disappointing.
The pickup time 2 hours before my tour from a Hanover hotel close to Negril was ridiculous and discouraging. They said they only offered 7:45am and noon pickup. This tour is considered 3 tours, not one synchronous tour.
Our first transportation driver was Ricardo and he gave us a brief history of Jamaica, and the towns as we travelled through while pointing out key landmarks. Lockers are available for purchase. Our ATV guide was Ricardo and we had a great experience with him as he guided us around. He didn’t drive too fast and we had time to stop and check the scenery. The zipline is great! You are able to zipline 7 times, going post to post in straight line. You do climb several stairs to get to the stop of each post. At the end is a mineral bath that you can go back to. The cultural tour is a ride through out the property with a guide providing a bit of Jamaica’s history and culture. You stop along to view some animals (tortoise, alligator, and aviary etc). Best part was the ATV and Zipline. A gift shop and photos are available to purchase items. Photos were unable to be printed when we went but they emailed us the photos we selected same day!
Bring water. Girl passed out on Zipline. Think about time of day and temps before you book your events

It is all memorable. The Safari was both interesting and informative. ATV ride was dirtier than expected making it a far more authentic experience. The Zip Line guides kept it exciting and humorous. All put together it was the best bang for your bucks by far. I recommend
Great place. We did zip line, atv, and safari. I highly recommend all three. I wish we had done the horseback riding as well. It is a beautiful property with great people.
So we did the ATV, Zip Line, Safari, & Push Kart. Family had a blast, but for what it was, it was on the EXPENSIVE side.
ATV: if your looking for that back country ATV ride, that goes for a hour or so, with stops this is not it. Jam West is a private park, so they have a small trail to drive around and everyone must stay 1 behind each other. (Follow the leader) and there is no passing.
Zip line: 8 platforms 7 Lines. They felt safe, nothing really fancy about them. Basic zip lines. Nothing exotic, like views or what you fly over.
SAFARI: now the safari was pretty interesting. If you have small kids that’s into to animals then I’d recommend doing the safari. They take you deep in the jungle and you see all kinds of animals, reptiles, & insects. Kids will love it.
PUSH KART: ok this was the BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY. We passed by the push karts on the way to the safari. At first glance they looked fun. So when we got back to the counter we added it to our package. $60/adult $40/Kid = $300 for my family. Total waste of money. I do not recommend this at all. It takes about 4 mins total and 2 mins of that is the guides pushing you up the hills. Think of it as a bootleg bobsled attraction similar to the one in ocho Rios at Mystic Mountain.
OVERALL the kids had a great time, the food was good, and they actually have the best patties we had the whole week. So I’d recommend this place as a full day excursion, you can get multiple things to do at one spot. And all of the guides work extremely hard, and they actually make the experience better for you. So they lost a star for them Push Carts and the small trail for ATV. Other than that, it’s a good spot to kill some time.
Our tour guide at jamwest by the name of Extra made ziplining so much and exciting. The atv tour was also fun. I wi definitely take these tours again, when I come back to Jamaica.
We were there the lat week of June. The zipline, ATV, and Jungle tour was great! The only problem was that they took toooooo long to start. They had us wait in the waiting area about 2 hours in between each activity! They want you to buy drinks/food. That is just too much time wasted! We were rushed at the end because our transportaion was already there. The food was good but took foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr to come out. We ordered out food 2 hours in advance and still had to wait another 45min to actually get it.
