Itinerary
Your ATV adventure begins with pickup at select Negril hotels, after which you will transfer to the ATV depot. Get outfitted with helmets and goggles to help protect you from the elements; it will be an exciting ride through the elements. Hop on for some practice laps around the training area, you'll get the hang of piloting the vehicle before heading out. No experience is necessary; ATVs are safe and easy to drive. They come equipped with gear boxes to store your belongings such as sunscreen, cameras and hats.
Hit the trail, headed for the fishing village in Salmon Point. Follow your guide through sandy washes, over rocky hills and through stands of hardy mangroves. Once in Salmon Point, relax on the unspoiled sandy beach and catch your breath before heading back.
At the end of your 1.5-hour excursion, enjoy drop-off back in Negril at your hotel.

It was ok, I guess I expected a little more ride out of the money I paid for this. They have alot of rules. You can’t really have fun you have to ride in a line behind unexperienced riders. They take through a path in the woods you ride through made water puddles under a bridge tunnel with made water puddles around a couple residential houses you get off by the beach and take a pic or two and then you come back. If it’s your 1st time riding four wheelers you may enjoy this event I didn’t too much I expected to ride with some experienced guides through some cold paths and do donuts and have fun. It was ok overall but not what I expected and you have to ride the dune buggies with another person you can’t drive them by yourself very disappointing. Also the little time you are riding them they have a little shack with drinks they try a sell you while you are on the path which isn’t even long enough to need a drink or anything lol. They give you lockers in to start and you put your items in it they don’t tell you about the shack in the woods so most of us left our monies in the locker it was more of a surprise stop another money grab. The best experience about the whole thing was the DRIVER that got us to Jam West he was Awesome!

This was an amazing experience. I have done atv in several Caribbean countries however this was the most fun.
We rode through an extended house with an opening for the atvs, through water, and the most fun in riding in the sand.

The ATV experience itself was really nice. However, our driver was not what we expected. The driver is the first point of contact for the experience, and customers should not have to encounter someone who is having a bad day, or doesn’t like their job. We enjoyed our experience as far as the ATV riding, but you may want to have a training for your drivers on first impressions for your customers. He is the reason for my 3 stars, because he was not personable, friendly, or communicative. Our transportation going and coming was not good at all.

Complete waste of money we were waiting for 45min pass our pick up time then when you get to jamwest you still have to wait for a long time again just waste of time and money plus you only got to ride the atv for only 20ish mins and you’re going super slow in a line.

Do Not Book this excursion!!! Absolutely Overpriced! The guides are rude and do not communicate. The tour description is not what you get. We did not stop on beach. Everyone in my group did not get their own ATV. The tour was not 1.5 hours only 45 mins! And after the guide expected a tip. Unbelievable!! Please do not waste your money with these people you will be disappointed.

This was kind of overpriced. It’s not an hour. Guide was not friendly. Maybe because we were the last tour of the day staff was “over it “. This is not worth the price.

I had an awful experience with Jamwest. Firstly, they overbooked themselves and did not have enough ATVs for everyone on the tour. Then they told multiple women, including myself and the others in my group that they did not want us to ride alone. We had to ride on the back of someone else's ATV. They only targeted women, no men and they did not have a valid reason to take us off our ATV, they were overbooked. I felt like the employees are sexist and scammed us out of our money. We paid full price and didn't get to drive our own ATV. On top of that, we didn't stop at the beach like we were supposed to, to take pictures. How are we supposed to capture the moment of what we paid for? The tour was shorter than 1.5 hours. We all felt ripped off. Do not recommend.

I had an ok experience with this company. The pick up and drop off were professional. The grounds of the activity were very cool. I'm taking 2 stars because after we rode the practice trail (which is way more loopy and curvy than the real trail) the instructor picked the only 2 women participating and told us that he didn't feel comfortable with us driving alone. He told me that I had to ride on the back of the atv with my boyfriend. And he assumed that I never rode an atv before which was false. I felt targeted and I also felt ripped off. I did not pay full price to only ride as a passenger. I would not have gone if I knew this would happen. Please do better.

Book it at the last min and there where able to
Accommodate my hubby and I. They have a very long trail. Went through water, a tunnel it was great . Orlando the life guard in natural pool was so great. He convinced us to get it and told us where to sit in the pool to get the best benefits. Even gave us more places to visit in Negril,took our pictures, very personable and told us about himself it was great to see Jamaican hospitality. Supper nice guy. He’s the only one who took the time to get to know us. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

THE ATV RIDE WAS GREAT!- I hopped on my own, but wound up riding with my man. I had never driven one before and the power & control was a bit much for me. We got dirty but not wet! We seen plenty of goats and horses on the trail!!

Great Service. Pickup at hotel was prompt, the tour was organized well. Just keep in mind this is a very simply tour, no experience needed. You simply ride out a trail to the beach, see an awesome spot on the beach that is only accessible by horse, atv or bike. On the ride back there is a couple nice stops, one at a mineral pool to swim. Understand the tour itself is about the same time you will spend traveling to/from this place if staying in Negril - but you will see parts of the countryside along the way so the drive is not a negative.

Die ATV Tour ist etwas kurz mit zu vielen Fahrer. Spass macht es aber trotzdem enorm :) Ist zu empfehlen.
