All 9 of us arrived on time upon our arrival the instructor was not there we waited for 15 minutes upon her arrival she proceeded to to cancel our excursion ver nonchalantly. We paid $80 round trip for a driver to escort there. It was my 50th bday celebration the clear bioat experience photo shoot was the icing on the cake I was very disappointed I was with my daughters this would have been a great experience for all of us. This instructor never reached out before hand to cancel we wasted time and the $80 spent

The supplier canceled on us. Stating due to our safety. Not sure what was the issue but that’s all she said. Plus we had to pay for transportation to get there. No courtesy call to let us know not to come since it was canceled. I will never book with that vendor again

This was a rather unpleasant experience and a great waste of time. The photoshoot was confirmed for 12:30pm and I arrived at the photoshoot location early. A few minutes before the shoot, the photographer sent a message via the app that she was delayed by 1.5 hours. I rescheduled the shoot for later that day. 15 minutes into the rescheduled shoot it started to rain and the photographer ended the shoot. She said she had captured all the photos/poses she had planned to take. She informed me that before transferring the photos she had taken to me, she needed to take a copy of my ID for her business purposes and that the ID needed to match the name on the Viator booking. I did not have ID on me. I showed the photographer my ticket in the Viator app but that was insufficient for her. She cancelled the shoot and issued a refund. Professionalism and customer service need improvement.

Booked this excursion one month prior to going on my trip. The day before they messaged me about making sure I had valid ID and the time I needed to show up. They do not provide transportation to and from the area so make sure you plan to get a taxi to and from the location. I got there early just to be sure and when I got there they said that they were not able to do the photoshoot because there is a weight requirement and I was 6’0 and 250lbs. The cutoff weight was 225 lbs for the clear kayak. I was furious. I did receive my refund in about 3-5 business days but then they wanted me to pay for a different excursion that they offer. I was very upset and politely declined and went back to the resort. I planned to do this photoshoot for my birthday and there were nothing on the website that stated there was a weight limit not on any information I was provided with prior to the reservation. My suggestion if you see planning on doing any excursions to schedule them through the resort so this does not happen to you.

We are very sorry we couldn’t make the excursion happen for you, however our weight limit of 225 pounds is on Viator, TripAdvisor, and Expedia product information.
Also transportation not included is also there as well as on Inclusion and Exclusions.
We did offer you to see if you were interested in nearby excursions since you were in a location on the beach that also offers, horseback riding, bamboo rafting, parasailing and more.
We are excited that you did receive a refund through Viator.
Again, we encourage all our customers to due their due diligence as a consumer and read throughly what is be purchased so there is no misunderstanding.

The only thing I fault about this is how they send you a time the morning of your shoot which makes no sense, they should understand most tourists have itineraries and shouldn't inconvenience people like that

This was an amazing experience! Both gentlemen who helped us were professional and very easy to work with. Daniel is phenomenal and helped me ease my fear of being in the water (i can’t swim) he was patient and well knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend doing this excursion.

My actual experience was great! On time, my attendant paid great detail to every pose. I received my photos immediately afterwards. I however paid for edits which was promised to me same day. Never received them, also contacted about it and still haven’t received any response back yet as well as my edits.

I booked the clear kayak photo shoot for Negril. When I tried to schedule, they advised that they did not have any availability.
If that was the case, they should not have listed the service on Viator.
They never responded to any of my messages when I requested to reschedule (I offered to go to their other location or even change to a different day). They did refund my money but I did not get to do the photoshoot because it was too late in my trip for me to book with a different vendor.
I was really looking forward to this experience and booking with this company was definitely a big mistake.

I would leave zero stars if I could this company emailed me late at night around 9-10pm stating that they didn’t have any morning appointments available. Brandy who works for company mentioned that she had a 2pm -2:30pm appointment available. I emailed her that would be fine then they emailed me and stated that they overbooked and would have to cancel my appointment so last minute. Which was truly disappointing as this was one of my most main excursions I would never directly deal with this company. My advice would be just go to Montego Bay as their are several other companies then this one out there

I was unable to attend due to medical issues. However when I tried to get my refund I was denied because I was unable to provide what they knew was out of my control evidence. I would have loved to attend however the airline lost my luggage 6/2/23 with my child breathing machine spent entire time in the hospital in Jamaica. Why because Jamaica heat is dry and if not used to it it will cause problems with your breathing, my daughter suffers from bronchitis. They (kayak company) knew that Jamaica is not up to par with electronics but yet failed to understand me. The hospital didn’t even give wristbands for identification nor did we get any paperwork of any sort like here in the USA . Yet I was denied my refund after providing everything else. It’s 6/7/23 we were finally discharged from our hospital here in the states and I still haven’t received my luggage or my refund? But I do have a new prescription for a nebulizer 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😞😞
