Waste of money! There is no farm. We were taken to a house and shown their backyard with a few plants. A lot of dead ones. Then we sat on a stool for over an hour listening to them argue in Jamaican. What a scam!

This was a refreshing experience! This gave me the chill and more local experience I wanted. Learning about the fruit in season, and the scenery of the “country side” was a vibe. Hiking up the hill while taking in the Rasta culture was very enlightening. My tour guide Michael was really cool and knowledgeable. Hiking up the hill and being surrounded by my favorite herb was most memorable for me.

Our guide Michael made our experience in Jamaica excellent. He took us around different parishes along the way and take us to authentic bars, food and explained the history of the areas. We climbed up a steep hill to get to the plant area but we( two women) felt safe with him and the farmer. It was interesting to see how he grew things organically and explained what his process is. It was an amazing experience. Tips: Wear long pants, bug spray and good climbing shoes.

Most memorable is how authentic and amazing Mike is! Not only did he make the most out of our experience but welcomed us to his culture . He stooped us by an amazing local bakery and we were able to mingle with locals. I love being able to experience different cultures as I’m traveling and this was everything we been looking for. And also he is so well educated and know his stuff about herbs. Gained a friend for life and can’t wait to revisit
