Amazing experience! Our driver was very patient and made several stops for us along the way. We arrived late to the bamboo rafting, but they kindly waited for us, which we truly appreciated. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
We went to Jamaica for a birthday trip and booked bamboo rafting with You tours. We had a great time. Everyone was super professional and accommodating. Antwon was our captain and he was great and made sure we had a good time! Would return again!
Akeno was our driver. Very friendly and played all the hits! Turbo was our rower/dancer/masseuse/and entertainer. No one does it like him!!! He made the bamboo raft experience so much fun.
The bamboo rafting was unique and swimming in the fresh stream was great! I felt that the tour was too short for what we paid and the locals selling things were very aggressive surrounding our van which made us feel unsafe compared to other tours where the locals selling things gave us our space. I had issues with the pickup point which delayed our start by an hour.
Beanie was a great guide and very knowledgeable! This is a great way to see the locals and hear their stories of recovery after the hurricane. Akeno was a great driver to and from our location to the rafting. Bring some extra cash to support the locals by purchasing drinks and items from the vendors. You can also upgrade the massage experience to waist down or full body for an added tip. Bring tip money for your raft guide and driver. Jamaica is full of great people!

The experience is exactly what the pictures portray! Our captain was Marlon Brown, he did more did guide us, he educated us too! The driver for Zulu was awesome as well. Believe it not the food was purchased on the river! The food was exceptional!
What a great tour! Our tour guide was amazing and Knowledgeable. . He told us the history of the limestone and what it is used for. The limestone massage was pretty cool. I would recommend this tour to my family and friends.
First and foremost, our guide who was Jay was phenomenal. The conversations, the music, the massage, His Whole entire aura was amazing! He took his time and explained history to us, how the rafts are made, etc. It was fun yet very relaxing. At the end, I felt bad watching all the men haul their rafts upstream, But Jay did it with a smile on his face as strenuous as it looked and I’m sure it was. He smiled and kept a positive attitude the whole entire time and that’s what cheered me up.
As a friendly reminder, kindly tip your rafters well. It’s not easy to maintain the bamboo rafts, it’s not easy to navigate the rafts. It’s not even easy to haul them. Just keep that in mind Whenever you go, and you see these bright smiles and wonderful personalities that are so welcoming.
We went from Negril to Great River rafting port with Nevardo 'Zungu' Lawson, an excellent driver who can be fully recommended for any kind of transports. At the rafting port Captain Ben took very good care of us, limestone massage, useful information and tasting local fruit and sugar cane. However, the rafting itself covered only a very short distance - we would have loved to raft down the peaceful river a bit longer. Anyhow a very entertaining excursion to be fully recommended.
