Germaine provided exceptional round trip transportation from MBJ to Negril for my daughter and I. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and gentle in his driving. As a parent traveling with a child, feeling safe is everything, and I never once felt nervous or uneasy. Germaine is an excellent driver, calm and confident, which made the long journey comfortable and stress free. His car was clean and well maintained, which made the ride even more pleasant. Germaine openly shared his knowledge about the towns we drove through and shared history, and local insight that made the drive feel like a guided experience rather than just transportation. He also spoke about Jamaicans’ resilience after Hurricane Melissa, sharing perspective with authenticity, sincerity and strength. His pride in Jamaica was evident and it was truly inspiring to hear. If you are looking for reliable, safe, and high quality transportation with someone who truly represents the heart of Jamaica, I highly recommend booking Germaine. Germaine was very friendly and professional, amd his vehicle was spacious & clean w/ AC & very safe driver. Happy to make a beef patty and market stop on the way to our hotel! Knowledgeable about the area and shared to good places to check out. Will be asking for him again our next trip.

My experiencing receiving transportation services from Germain was excellent. Upon booking his services through viator, I received a WhatsApp message confirming the booking. After exiting the departure area he was waiting for him with signage indicating he was my driver. Germain was professional and shared great insight about Jamaica during the long drive to and from Montego Bay Airport to Negril. During my return trip I received notification that my flight was delayed. I asked if he could take me on a quick tour. Without hesitation, we visited the Cannons of Charlotte and I saw scenic views of the Carribean Sea. I highly recommend Germain for transportation and tours in Jamaica.
