Our tour was on a Sunday and it was just my husband and I. We were pleasantly surprised the owner of the bike shop, Austin, was our tour guide! It was a joy to use the smoothly working e bikes to assist with some small hills. Austin included a lot of history that most people aren't aware of and we found quite fascinating. We highly recommend the tour and if you can get Austin as your guide, then you will have a truly wonderful and memorable experience!

Did not get to experience it as it was canceled at the last minute. The bike rental place did offer us the bikes, map, and a self guided option which we did do... that was excellent. We had to pay for that even though we already paid Viator... to date, we haven't been reimbursed by Viator.

Viator's platform makes it much more difficult for us to issue refunds than we would like because they control the funds compared to when a customer books directly. Viator was clunky on the reservation. No time listed. Contacted Green Fleet for the times. Arrive @ 9:45, start at 10 am- 12:30 pm. Our guide Tyler was perfect! Full of history. Kept his 7 ducks safe. Easy bike ride of ~6.5 miles. Enjoyed our overview of the city. Covered a lot!

Nice trip around the downtown region. Brutally hot, humid day was a challenge. Hottest I’ve been on a bike ride since Thailand years ago! . And my chain popped off twice on uphills. No big deal, it happens. Friendly guide. All in all a decent, hot experience.
