The tour was excellent. Matt offered a full itinerary with plenty of flexibility to follow particular interests. We saw beautiful views of Mt Fuji and plenty of temples and shrines, as well as highlights of Osaka and Kyoto. I recommend getting started early and seeing a lot of the attractions without the tourists. The accommodations were great, with Japanese breakfasts and plenty of dinner recommendations were provided. Matt is a great tour guide, and offers a great experience in Japan.

Best tour in Japan

It was our first time in Japan and I wanted to see as much country side as possible along with major tourist attractions. I was keen on learning about culture as well. I came across this tour in viator and reached out to tour company before buying. Matt replied all my questions with all the details which helped us in our decision. I think this was the best decision we made for our trip. It was us and other family of 3 from California and we thoroughly enjoyed tour and the company. Language (English) is not an issue with Matt because he’s from Australia but has been living in Japan. His knowledge about Japanese culture in depth is excellent. If you’re visiting Japan and would like to see country side along with main attractions, I strongly recommend taking this tour !!
