We offer pickups from most hotels and residences within Nairobi city center, Westlands, and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). If you're staying outside these areas, please contact us in advance to arrange special pickup (additional charges may apply) Exact pickup time will be confirmed 24 hours before your tour. Please be ready at your pickup point at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled time. For airport pickups, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal with a sign bearing your name. Please share your flight details in advance so we can monitor any delays. If you’re bringing extra luggage, photography equipment, or special gear, kindly inform us ahead of time so we can plan vehicle space accordingly. You will receive a direct contact number for your driver or guide upon confirmation of your tour, in case you need assistance on the day of pickup.
