Such a memorable time in Nagasaki. Senyo was so knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He planned everything perfectly so we would hit all of the things we were interested in before or after the larger crowds had moved through those areas. His ability to speak Japanese and intimate knowledge of Nagasaki made navigating the city amazingly easy and fun! Truly my partner and I cannot say enough good things about Senyo and our experiences in Nagasaki. We would highly recommend him and we would go on a tour with him again without a doubt.

Our tour guide was excellent. She took us to Miyajima and then the peace park. She was very friendly and informative. We enjoyed the tour very much and would recommend it highly.

Our guide Miki was absolutely wonderful! She met us right at the cruise ship terminal which was incredibly helpful, and her English was excellent throughout the entire day. She was patient, knowledgeable, and showed us both the highlights and hidden gems of Nagasaki with such warmth and enthusiasm. This private tour was a highlight of our entire cruise. Highly recommend Miki and City Unscripted to any cruise passengers visiting Nagasaki!

Shin was our guide today and he is very nice man, who's knowledgeable, insightful, adaptable, and very well versed in the history, traditions, and culture of the local area, and greater Japan.
While touring, we felt like we were walking and talking with a friend, who just happened to be a great local guide that loves his job. Walking and riding the trolly were a lot of fun, and allowed us to see so many things that we'd never have otherwise seen.

Shin is by far the best tour guide I have had on this app to date. Despite a very short time window we were able to accomplish a lot. He customized the tour for my interests and we were very efficient with getting from place to place. Both of us loving history, we learned a lot from each other. I also enjoyed how empathetic and supportive he was. I was having some back pain so he took a quick detour into a shopping mall to help me out. He also gave me a lot of advice for navigating the city on my own after the tour. He was very personable and I enjoyed talking with him about not just the city but life in general. Again I could not recommend Shin enough. Were it possible I would give him six out of 5 stars he is that good!

Our guide, Senyo, was absolutely wonderful. He was very communicative beforehand and how to find him in the terminal crowd. He was very attentive to our group and the physical limitations of one of our party and still made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and then some. Just had a lovely tour of Nagasaki with Senyo. We went to some great places but managed to avoid the crowds. His local knowledge is fantastic and his English is excellent. We would highly recommend him.

We had a tailor made tour just the 2 of us, and really discovered hidden gems that were relevant to our interests and wishes. Senyo was a true gem, especially when I totally forgot we had arranged, two months ago mind you, to meet at the ship. Viator kept telling me the meeting point was at the Infomation Centre, so I forgot we had communicated via Whattsapp and arranged a different location. Senyo quickly and smoothly moved across town and made us feel totally at ease about the mixup. So, Viator, is there a way to merge Whattsapp and app communication so that snafus don’t happen?

Senyo was a wonderful guide for our first visit to Nagasaki. He provided an animated illustration of the Hypocentre Park and its history. He was attentive to our needs, and gave us sufficient momentary individual time between various sightseeing spots during the tour. He was professional and well versed with the public tram system that added a more localized touch to the visit. It was a much appreciated worthwhile tour to experience!

Did the full day tour with Senyo around Nagasaki. Hes a cool dude! Showed me alot around Nagasaki that I never would of experienced if it wasn't for Senyo. I just wished i had more comfortable shoes, still, nothing a beer couldnt fix at end of day. Cheers Senyo, i had a great time today mate. All the best for the future.

Our guide definitely led us to sights off the beaten path. There was another large cruise ship in port and our guide led us to areas that we never would have found on our own. Great guide and knows the city well.

Sho was an amazing tour guide and really spent the time to get to know what we wanted to see in Nagasaki and to explain everything to us. He was very helpful with my elderly mom who uses a walker. He even helped her to find better walking shoes for the trip.
We didn’t want to walk everywhere so we used both the trams and taxis, which were not very expensive. He also took us to an excellent sushi restaurant for lunch.
This was one of the best tours we have had so far in Japan and I highly recommend it and Sho.

Wonderful and unique tour of the beautiful city of Nagasaki. Our guide Shin was very gracious and accommodating to help us see all we had requested. We went to several specialty shops . We had an amazing experience having tea at a Buddhist temple. A rare and special experience!
