We tried to contact New Dawn tours to confirm via Viator chat and they didn’t respond. We tried to call the local number provided and there was no answer. We waited an hour from scheduled pickup time and called Viator customer care who were also unable to contact New Dawn. Looks like scam to me?? We are in process of getting refund.
