- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Our company is not responsible for the client’s failure to appear at the meeting point for the booked tour or activity.
- Last minute cancellation of flights or inability to disembark from a cruise ship, is not our company’s responsibility, therefore any refund requests due to such incidents will not be accepted. Should the client be aware of such a change, he/she is requested to communicate with our company more than 24 hours before the tour or activity starts, in order to discuss possible date or time amendment (subject to availability)
- Refund requests for last minute cancellations (up to 24 hours before the tour or activity), for any reason, will not be accepted.
- For any cancellation on our behalf due to bad weather (high winds over 6 degrees of the beaufort scale), the client is entitled to an 80% refund. Beforehand, our company will do everything in its power to service the customer, by offering solutions such as change of date or alternative tour or activity.
- All clients are kindly requested to send their preferred meeting point and location until 3:00pm of the previous date, regarding their pick-up for the booked tour or activity. Should they fail to do so, our company will do anything it can in order to locate them (telephone, email, etc), however it is not responsible for any failure to meet them. Meeting points could be, anywhere on the island and the information necessary is either the hotel name or the name of the cruise ship they are arriving with. In the occasion that they are staying at an apartment, clients are requested to send us a google map, a nearby hotel or any information that would help us locate them. Any delay of behalf of the client (up until 15 minutes that we will be waiting for them) affects the transfer schedule and disrupts the smooth conduct of the tour/activity.
- For no-name accommodations, our company will set the most convenient location for the pick-up.For accommodations that are located in a pedestrian zone, our company will set the best possible pick-up point.
- Our company is not responsible for knowing whether the client is supposed to book transfer or not. The transfer schedule is prepare less than 24 hours before the operation, therefore we cannot predict such necessity.
- Transfer inclusions include a certain distance, while for remote areas Elia, Kalafatis, Agrari, Panormos, Super Paradise, Kanalia, and other remote villas an additional charge will apply € 10 per person (to be paid in cash on the spot).
- On late arrivals, tour content and activities that were missed would not be refunded.
- No reimbursement, compensation, partial or full refunds would be given.
- Itinerary: In case of a force majeure and/or reasons beyond our control and events that occur after the tour departure, we reserve the right to modify the routing and alter the itinerary.
- Tour duration can vary depending on traffic conditions & weather.
- The total duration includes transfer from/to hotel or port.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

We booked this tour last minute and during the off season, so we were the only ones on this tour. And I'm so happy that it was during the quiet period because our experience was so personal. Kalinka knew so much about Mykonos and navigated the small streets and passages so well. She gave us all the necessary information and gave us the most of our experience, given that not much was open. She was great at offering to take pictures and making sure she got multiple shots so we could pick the best ones. We loved it!

Great tour! If you are looking for a quick and easy tour of Old Town Mykonos, this has perfect! Our tour guide was very nice and very knowledgeable of everything Mykonos has to offer.

Guide did not show up.
Directions regarding meeting place we're not explicit as there was more than one way to arrive from our ship. We spent an hour walking around found no guide. Contact by phone was no help. We were told to wait in front of the little church. We waited about 20 minutes. Then went back to the ship. Disappointing experience....

Thank you for your feedback, but during our discussion on October 19th, what you've mentioned differs from the discussion we had:
First of all you were at the wrong pick up location which was 15 minutes away (we had been sending you messages through viator & whatsapp which you never received) When we spoke i informed you that you must walk in order to meet the escort but you refused. At that point i told you that our escort can come there but she will be late around 15-20 minutes and you agreed. You told me you will be waiting at the bench in front of St,Nikolas church. I immediately called the escort to come and pick you up. At 18.33 (i have messages from her) the escort reached St,Nikolas but you had already left. There was no phone that we could contact you and neither could you obviously. I understand your disappointment about not being able to participate in the walking tour, and I truly regret that it didn't work out as planned. However i'm 100% sure that we did our best from our side.

It was great, small group tour. It was at a nice leisurely pace, and our guide Elena was awesome. We were able to beat the crowds, so it was easy to keep together as a group.

Helinka, our guide, was knowledgeable. We moved at a good pace and had time for pictures. The sunset was beautiful and we enjoyed the stop at the oldest bakery. We would not have known what to look at or see if we were wondering ourselves so we were glad to have a guide. We did the evening tour so opted to not take the shuttle back to our hotel and instead stayed for dinner in town which was also a great options.

Great way to learn your way around and learn the history of Mykonos. Our tour guide Jason was very patient and knowledgeable. But you can totally do on your own since the city is right off the port if coming from a cruise ship.

We booked the Mykonos Old Town Walking Tour for our visit during our cruise and did not regret the decision! Our guide, Elenor was wonderful! She was easy to find right off the ship and the tour was fantastic! She started at the map of the island and showed us where we would be going and told us what we would see. It was a small group and that was key for touring this town as the streets are very narrow and with a big group, the line of people could have stretched down the entire street. The tour covered all the highlights and I especially enjoyed stopping at the bakery! Elenor shared lots of history and gave us plenty of time for photos and questions. The tour length was a great amount of time to learn about the island, orient yourself, and then have plenty of time to explore and dine on your own.

The walking tour was a great way to get started in the Old Town. Our guide brought us through the labyrinthine streets and showed us all of the important sights. When the tour was done, we decided to stay in town and wander around for hours to see all it had to offer. We understood the layout of the town and the significance of each area because of our guide's advice.

Hannah was the best tour guide ever. There were only myself, my daughter and granddaughter on this tour. When we started we missed connecting, I called the office and after 1/2 hour Hannah found us. She was very patient with me as I had to use a walker. She took us to see everything as described.

Mykonos is a pretty little town but unfortunately the tour was severely affected by the crowds of cruise boat visitors. We were a group of approx twenty people without radios so hearing what the lovely tour guide had to say was often difficult. She made every attempt to keep us within voice range but the streets are so narrow and the vehicles in these streets are so aggressive that we couldn’t stay together.
A lot of local history and culture info would be lost if no guide but almost useless due to the uncontrollable conditions mentionned above.

There wasn’t a lot to see and wouldn’t take the trip again as we could have easily walked around the small town ourselves. The guide was friendly but was on her phone constantly between stops which made us feel we were not her priority.

The guide had a biting humor and was fun. They were unorganized in the pickup and were a half hour late, but made it up on the end. We had fun and learned a lot. We originally booked a walking tour, but got a bus tour instead.

Very disappointing overall. The tour was moved from morning to evening last minute. The tour guide spent most of the time in silence, on his phone or talking to the other participants in French. This was frustrating as it was an English tour. The tour was for 3 hours but ended just before 2 hours. It wasn’t cheap so we expected much more.

Great way to experience Mykonos Town when you only have a short period of time
There were only 4 of us in the group so had a really personal tour. Found out a bit of the history of the town and visited the oldest bakery in the town (the baklava was amazing!)

We were picked up early than requested. During the tour, we were frequently asked if we would like to stop for water or food. By the end we realised it was a tactic to elongate the tour. The tour takes you to the few well known sites but really you could find these yourself and real plaques.
The tour guide was knowledgeable and offered to take photos. I would advice going early as the streets are quiet and you can get good photos.

Our guide,Gibson,was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We had dinner at a person's house and it was fantastic. Everything was home made including the wine and the yogurt. Best meal we have had here

We were picked up punctually at the designated point.
A bit crazy to start with, as the two people in the car were very engaged with some exterior problem and we wondered what was going on and how this was going to proceed. However, once we were dropped off with the guide, it all calmed down and we had a wonderful walking tour.
The lady was very knowledgeable and friendly and very keen to take our photos, which was great, as often we struggle to get a photo together.
The tour was nicely paced and we saw all of the important sites and had a great commentary.
We were taken to an old bakery for refreshments and a little bit of history.
We cannot recommend this tour enough!

We really enjoyed the guide and the walking tour. Through none of her fault, we had some people that walked with canes and needed a lot of additional time to keep up with the group. Not sure why someone would do that to elderly women, especially since the roads are very rough to walk on. Also, Mykonos shuts down after tourist season. We had no idea how little would be open on Nov 1st. Again, not the guide’s fault. I would definitely recommend this walking tour, especially if you go between May and Mid-October to fully enjoy the island.

Viator owes its guides better treatment. Our guide was a young man with serious depression. He could not answer 90% of our questions & knew no history. He was sad, literally and figuratively. We hope Viator will help him get help and train him. He was where he should have been and led us on the route, but neither knew nor cared to know anything about Mykonos. This is a failure on the part of the company to help him. Please help him get therapy. We should not be charged for this tour as it was simply a walk through a beautiful town.

We really enjoyed our walking tour with Gibson. He was informative and very patient when we wanted to stop and take pics. The company came to pick us up at our hotel and would have taken us back, but we opted to stay and shop and find our own way home. We were able to get into one of the churches and went into a still working Bakehouse from the 15th century. Nice tour not too long.
