Absolutely awful. The tour guide never arrived and despite requesting an explanation from Viator and a full refund we’ve heard nothing in the last 48 hours. Don’t use this organisation on a holiday excursion where time is precious and they clearly have no control over their appointed agents!

When we got off the ship to await our shore excursion...Our guy was a No Show! I called Viator and they apologized and said they would give me a refund. It has been a month and has not been refunded yet. All the other excursions were great! We had a great time nonetheless.

Beautiful Mystical Tour around Muscat

Our guide was very knowledgeable he taught us a lot of the history, culture, etc. all the stories was very deep and detailed. We never had silent time during this trip. The itinerary was very efficient. Hope can have longer one since the city has so many things to see.
