Please be ready at your hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. For airport and port pickups, the team will be holding a signboard with your name for easy identification. Port pickup: Your guide will meet you at the main gate (Gate 1). Please use the shuttle bus to go out from inside the Port. Airport pickup: Your guide will meet you in the arrival area.
