This e-bike tour was so fun. Mike, our guide, focused on architecture to show us sights and give us the history of Montreal. It was so interesting and the pacing was perfect. The bike company made everything easy. As a bonus, they let us keep the bikes until 6pm, so we were able to extend our sight-seeing by bike for several more hours. I highly recommend this tour and Mike in particular!

Our guide (Mike) was fabulous. It was 90+ degrees outside but we made lots of water stops and we were in shade as much as possible. Mike is from Montreal but he spoke like an American which was great because we could understand all the rich architectural history he was telling us. The only downside was my bike started giving me trouble about 3 quarters of the way through and on the most hilly part of the trip. I made it but I was exhausted. Several on our trip had bike issues too. It was still worth the trip! Thank you Mike!

Mike was great tour guide. The 10 mile route was awesome. We saw lots of things we would not have seen otherwise. Highly recommend. Especially the evoke upgrade.

Given we are over 60 years old, this was perfect. Our guide was informative and inclusive and we really enjoyed our time with her. The comfortable ebikes were easy to use. Our only suggestion is better pacing to suit the group— there were a few near misses and pile ups. Overall, it was a marvelous way to see so much of Montreal.

Fantastic experience, everyone at the bike shop was absolutely lovely and went out of their way to be helpful. Our guide was also wonderful, taught us a lot about the city and was great at answering all our questions. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Montreal, especially for the first time!

Not enough bike riding. We left the tour after 45 minutes and had riden the bike for about 6-7 minutes. We stopped at the first location and the tour guide talked about history of Montreal for over 20 minutes. We went to second stop and again way too much history talking. We did not choose a history tour we chose a bike/architectural tour. As our visit in Montreal continued we saw so much interesting architecture. This tour may have gotten to more talk about architecture but we were not going to waste more time in this beautiful city. Please change your description of the tour to state HISTORY and that for a 3 hour tour I’m guessing there is less than 1 hour of actual bike riding.

Guide Mike was awesome. Knowledgeable and entertaining. Very interactive and interesting. The place you pick up the bikes allow you to keep the bike after the tour until 6:00pm. So a very nice bonus. Saw all parts of the city that would be difficult to see without a bike. All around a very lovely experience.

Get experience. Julian was very informative, you could hear the love of his city in his stories.
We were able to keep the e-bikes for the remainder of the day at no additional costs. All the bike rental staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Nicholas was a fantastic tour guide- he was knowledgeable and we felt safe touring the streets of Montreal. There were many stops so it was not a difficult excursion. We saw beautiful trails and parks as well as interesting architecture.

Our guide was "Mike on a Bike" and he was amazing - he did the entire tour in both English AND French for our mixed group! We learned lots of interesting facts about Montreal. The ride over the bridge is definitely not for the faint of heart, but we had a wonderful day overall. Thanks!

The tour guide, the shop, and the ride were great. Even with one hour of solid rain in the third hour. However, I was disappointed in the level of “architecture” visited and discussed. As an architect, I was looking for a very good tour of old and new Montreal, with some discussion. We only touched on a few, which I slides some good stuff and history, but nowhere near what the advertisement alluded to. So many interesting buildings were missed. So, my review is mixed.

Mislead by title which implied multiple beer and wine choices (only one provided at the end and it was very poor quality). The only food provided was a single bagel.
The guide was not conscious of volume when speaking nor riders who were often left behind at stoplights too many times and he didn’t notice without tour participants whistling for him to stop.
The verbal history was not very interesting leaving out key elements of the city’s founding, key buildings (eg Norte Dame) & focusing too much on statues. The route was also congest d and not safe. I will not recommend or take similar tours from Viatour

Route being congested: this tour is in the City so yes,there is trafic but our tour is sage on bike lanes. we take your comments serioulsy and once again, we are sorry you did not enjoy our guides bike tour . Really liked the amount of ground we covered and the niche neighborhoods we rode through. The guide was very nice, patient and had great stories to tell. I’d advise, to get the most out of the tour, to have at least a mediocre fitness level.
