Wait in the street on your right when leaving the airport. The maximum waiting time for the car in this sector is 5 minutes per airport regulations, so if the driver can not find you, the driver must leave the airport to re-enter, wait in the indicated sector. In case of losing your luggage or any inconvenience that leads you to exceed the waiting time of 1 hour after landing send us a whatsapp text and we will wait for you, this may generate extra costs for waiting.

The car that they picked us up in was very, very clean with an extremely nice driver. Larger car than normal, but read the fine print! We booked a party of four, but way, way down in the reservation it said that you could only have three pieces of luggage. The car could not hold us and our friends had to book a separate taxi. This was very inconvenient. Make sure you read the detail! It makes no sense to book for a party of four with only three pieces of luggage, but other than that, we were very pleased with the service.

Contacted me the day before the scheduled pick up to let me know what time he would be at the hotel. He showed up a little before the scheduled time which was great I was there waiting. The only nightmare of my two week trip, convinced me to book a return to the airport and said he was available only to have him do a last minute switch to a different driver who wasn't there 10 minutes after the agreed upon time - I left in an Uber. Before that it took three links to pay him, and I do appreciate the refund, but my time is valuble and this created a lot of stress on my last day of vacation.
